You are the absolute best workout on TH-cam and i'd tell you why. There are so many great workouts on TH-cam but your program is easier to stick to and see results because it's fun, it's high intensity yet very mild on the joints and I burn crazy calories without feeling burnt out. I think the high calorie burn comes from incorporating the latin moves because I burn the most doing latin dance but It can be tough on the legs if it's the only workout but yours is mixed so perfect. Thanks
