    I was not feeling in the mood to workout but I showed up - and got pumped up by this fun walk! Somehow I had the energy for the HIIT sections as well, probably from practicing and getting stronger with the workout calendar. Great addition to the power walk series!

    This was great, but definitely not easy. The hiit sections pushed me, so thank you. Don't love mountain climbers (who does?!), but skippers are fun!

    You are the absolute best workout on TH-cam and i'd tell you why. There are so many great workouts on TH-cam but your program is easier to stick to and see results because it's fun, it's high intensity yet very mild on the joints and I burn crazy calories without feeling burnt out. I think the high calorie burn comes from incorporating the latin moves because I burn the most doing latin dance but It can be tough on the legs if it's the only workout but yours is mixed so perfect. Thanks
