    That was GLORIOUS. Just what I needed after a hectic day. Yin yoga is fabulous. I have some knee pain and I was a bit worried about the quadricep stretch but it didn't bother my knees at all. Just felt great. Marvellous. Another one saved to favourites. (I've got LOADS of favourites!😁) Thank you. 🤗 xxx

    I usually hate yin yoga because it feels so painful, but this was great!!! Even my knees didn’t hurt, I guess they trust you 😂 slowly getting more flexible!! Thank you Uliana!
