I'm still learning everyday. So of my videos may not show the best way to do things. But these are the things I'm learning as I go. When I learn better ways to do things, I share them. Be sure and subscribe. Thanks for watching.

It should be borne in mind that at a high engraving speed there is a risk of laser displacement relative to the initial trajectory, and this can lead to damage to the product. Before performing a task on valuable material, it is better to experiment on a draft with the speed / power of the laser, and choose the most appropriate parameters.
Thank you for your content! 👏

This is the second video that I've seen that doesn't get it quite right... there are two settings you can use to get rid of excessive traversal moves, and they do different things:
    1) Flood Fill (set your type to Fill, then go to the advanced tab to find this option); This causes it to fill contiguous areas without having scan across the entire piece, BUT it follows the scan angle you have set. so a square will be filled Bottom to top with horizontal lines if your angle is set to 0 degrees, or left to right if set to 90 degrees
    2) Offset Fill: this option ignores your scan angle and fills objects by following their contour... so a square would be filled by making progressively smaller squares inside each other.
They both have their own advantages and disadvantages, depending on the material and shapes being engraved.

I've heard tell of this "Flood Fill" you speak of. But I have not seen it, yet. I plan to take heed of your notes and look for this so-called Flood Fill. It does sound like something I want to know more about. I'm new to this software and this community. I'm 50+ days into learning this technology. I look forward to encountering this Flood you speak of. I am not very advanced...yet. That's why I haven't found it. But, with your words of wisdom and kind directions, I believe I can find it. By the way, I love sarcasm and I'm I bit of a smart-ass.
I do sincerely appreciate your post. Please subscribe and help keep me on the straight and narrow. I've had no training. And feedback like yours is EXTREMELY helpful. Thanks for watching and your comment. Stayed tuned and keep me straight.
