In a three-day special winter assembly session, the state’s cabinet approved a proposal on decentralization of the capital Monday in which Visakhapatnam will be the executive capital, Kurnool the judicial capital and Amaravati as the legislative capital.

We dont have Presidential system, we have parliamentary system therefor we elect only a member of parliament (MP) and they choose their leader for PM Candidate. Funniest part is a 25 acre high court in kurnool will develop 4 backward districts of rayalaseema with 2 more benches in Amaravathi & VISAKHAPATNAM.Thats how AP can be a part of sinking economy . Decentralize development which jagan reddy has no plans not administration. When you failed to deliver good governance you play regional card and biscuits to poor on name of DBT.

I am a man who belongs to a state with no capital. A vindictive government. An abusive police force. An incompetent bureaucracy. And a country who would not bother to look.
And yet, I have no complaints, but just a question. Why?..If YCP feels decentralization is the Mantra for all round development then,Why confine only to three capitals for AP? Anyhow YCP believes & behaves as they are above Law, Judiciary, & Constitution. And they don’t care a dime to what rest of the citizenry feels or says… as well declare AP as
“United States of Andhra” & announce 25 districts as States & go for 25 capitals

There is not a single Green Field City in the entire world that is Successful ( Financially Viable ). Already there are 30 Green Field cities built by some rich countries in the world and they all Failed. Chandigarh the only Green field city in India is also the Capital of 2 rich states in North India, and also Union Territory which enjoys Tax benefits. Despite Chandigarh being the dream city of Nehru and Millions of refugees from Pakistan Settling at that time, even after 50 years Chandigarh economy is way behind Vizag. So how come a State with deficit budget can even think of building Green Field City. Shekar Ji I am a follower of you please elaborate on this.
Dude i am from Chandigarh it is not a very large city neither it has enough area for establishing new business it has many good educational institutions and Chandigarh is never planned as a economic power house it is planned to replace Lahore as a capital later the situation messed up when Punjab divided into three states please don't compare our Chandigarh with a important port City like vizag..
