If it happens he is going to be the greatest leader of all time... It is such an initiative decision that keep developing all the districts equally which comes with attracting investors to vizag that's really awesome
Vizag being an already well-established tourist destination in the state, the formation of the new capital will only provide the required boost. the potential of the coastal city as a major tourist spot in the country. The title of the Executive Capital of Andhra Pradesh will put the city on national headlines and will majorly boost tourism here.
Very good decision..Vizag should be the Capital of Andhra , Kurnool and Amravati will have other seats of governance.

Visakhapatnam is fastest growing city in India,, now AP CM announced is Visakhapatnam city is capital of Andhrapradesh , it is Very Good for future, To invest in this place and development like, mumbai, chennai, hyderabad, Bonglore,, And have this city Air transportation, Road transportation, Sea transportation.

Visakhapatnam deserves to be AP capital in all aspects. Eith this announcement, Visakhapatnam going to develop in very big way by leaps & bounds. There are many states where high court is at one place and capital in another place. It’s not new. Kurnool deserves to have high court. It’s just 2 hours drive from Hyderabad on Hyderabad-Benguluru national highway. People can commute to & from Hyderabad very easily. Also it will pave the way for development of Rayalaseema region.

Think about ap not travelling from Hyderabad to vizag
1. Vizag is a port city, which is a major competitive advantage. It can become like mumbai, chennai or calcutta
2. Vizag has decent amount of existing infrastructure. It is reasonable well planned. So cost to upgrade it to Bangalore/Hyderabad level will be significantly lower compared to amravati
3. Vijayawada was the only other option. But Vijayawada is a smaller city and does not have any competitive advantage (like education, port etc.).
4. Vijayawada has krishna river running through it. If there is massive development and growth then krishna river will become like musi in hyderabad or yamuna in delhi. Besides, Vijayawada is just 4-5 hour drive from hyderabad
Best decision, considering judicial over reach by high courts..by the time case gets settled, lot of precious time gets lost. But politically this may not work out because most people wont understand the logical reasoning and analysis. People from guntur, krishna, ongole etc might not like this decision

The Sivarama Krishnan committee did not recommend the region Amaravati as the capital which was chosen by Chandra Babu Naidu before the committee submitted its recommendations.. In fact I rejected a capital in the fertile lands between Guntur and Vijayawada

Visakhapatnam is the ideal Capital for Andra after split. Chandra Babu Naidu wasted 5 years in Vijayawada.
Vizag has natural harbor, Ship yard, Steel plant and very close to mineral rich states like Chhattisgarh & Orissa.
Vizag can be developed as one of the best tourist spot like Goa if Beemili beach are is developed & connected by Sub-urban or Metro rail
Vijayawada is not suitable Capital.
Hyderabad developed Drug & medicines eco system, Bangalore has electronics eco system, Chennai has Auto eco system .

Whatever the development plan you take for the vizag, make sure that it is eco-friendly. Do not exploit nature in the name of development. Green environment is very important for any capital / suburban / rural area. Eco-friendly cities are more important than the industrialized cities.

Jagan’s decision of declaring VIZAG as capital of AP is more rational and practical while CBN’s decision to make Amaravathi as Capital of AP appears to be wrong and motivated by his self interest rather than well being of the state.

Why the present secretariat at Amaravati called TEMPORARY ESTABLISHMENT? ITs because, there is no clearance by NGT (National Green Tribunal) to make a permanent structure. Many conveniently avoid talking about it. It became more political than actual facts. No financial institutions ready to give loans until unless NGT gives its clearance. Chances are bleak for NGT to give clearance because it is adjacent to river bed and highly fertile agricultural land. Secondly, we all know DIVI SEEMA TSUNAMI IN 1977 which is close by.
