My analysis:
1. KCR made a strong vote bank and has a strong vote share banking on the word "Telangana". By removing the brand Telangana he has invited parties like YSRCP, TDP again to Telangana. Though Jagan may not be interested currently but TDP has already started working and proved through the Khammam Meet that it still has the cadre and considerable vote bank.
2. As most of leaders who were in other parties like TDP, Congress, CPI/CPM etc joined the Then TRS, now the competition will be high and these leaders will either join other parties and contest elections or contest as a Rebel.
3. The then TRS, now BRS is seeing it's highest peak in a so called product life cycle as it completed 2 terms successfully. Post KCR it will be interesting who will be taking a whole control of the party though KTR is now a working president.

When it was a joint state those ppl were taking complete advantage of Telangana people and showed a lot of partiality in assigning jobs, to granting funds and making development,even for building govt.schools but now in just these recent years we can see how drastically our state has changed after the seperation into a lot better than Andhra Pradesh even tho we were little behind while seperation and that's the reason why even other states are willing to give KCR a chance.And ppl like u who just see a bunch of TH-cam videos and sit in their houses are commenting without atleast a bit of knowledge.

Everyone is under the mindset that govt should do something instead of you know thinking of How to Improve things by themselves. So can you make a video on this. As part of the video, you can Explain the main problems with govt interference and Free Market Capitalism vs socialism. I think with respect to disadvantages of govt interference, you can take reference from Nobel Prize Winning Economist Milton Friedman. He has a whole Playlist related to this known as Free to Choose. I think you can use practical examples to explain about Free Markets, socialism and disadvantages with govt interference. You will get enough content for this IMO and this whole can be a series in and of itself. And I promise you watching Milton Friedmans videos will Enlighten you

Changing name was a poor decision, TRS will unnecessarily lose votes. Not because people dislike the name BRS but not everyone will know TRS is same as BRS.
TRS' current stronghold is rural Telangana, and not everyone would know the difference. In urban regions and in educated classes BJP is gaining popularity at a brisk pace.

Kcr is definitely far better than BJP, Telangana is the only state provides 24 hour power supply to farmers, industries and domestic consumption.
Schemes like mission bagiratha(dubbed as har gar jal by center now), rythubandhu( dubbed as pm kisan now) and mission kakatiya (lakes and tanks renovation), Haritha haram(planted more than 240cr saplings in state so far) and and one of the most business friendly states in India and many more well planned schemes
When he started party to fight for separate Telangana state in 2001, he faced same humiliation like how he is facing now but let me tell you he is a fighter when he undertake some task he will go to any extent to accomplish.
