Love the video Man! I just got a 90 Corrado G60 in July. I have a 02j Shift Box with Cables and Ends, and the 02j Tower and linkage coming in the mail. The parts should be here by Thursday! I can't wait. And of course I'll get the Sigma 5 when I can.

not gonna lie. I watched this whole video ready for you to hook it up to the selector.
I was sitting there wondering "how the hell does he have this much room to work on it? damn!"
And then at the end you backed up and the engine is just sitting on the ground 😂😂😂

2:22 is there a bearing on that part on which the bottom of the tower slides onto? I'm having trouble with the tower getting stuck at the bottom when the towers moves up and down in the transmission. Bearing in the tower housing has been replaced. The bushings by the cable ends have also been replaced. Your feedback is appreciated.

My tower doesn't have a reverse switch. Any advice on this would be appreciated. 👍

How you got the shifter cable end on the shifter?

You will need to swap to O2J cables. O2A ones bolt to the tower, but O2J clip on. Hope this helps

I’d suggest it! Metal on metal isn’t good! That basically works as a bushing... I’m sure you could find the plastic piece online for cheap!
