Each person is different. I checked after every 30 minutes for up to four hours and it showed started off low, then up, then down, and finally after four hours was too high. 2 hours is not enough time. I always track new foods I eat to see how high after 4 hours because some foods take more time to spike high. So for me, it’s a no because 17 net grams of carbs and 14 grams of sugar in one cup (that over 4 teaspoons of sugar in one cup). Go to the channel “Best Diabetes”; that’s what helped me figure all this out. Hope it helps someone.
milk blocks the beneficial antioxidants in blueberries. They are called anthocyanins. Google milk and blueberries and see the results. You wanna drink milk at least 30 minutes after the blueberries
Blueberries are low glycemic index. They’re 53 in the glycemic index, & a diet in low glycemic index helps you control diabetes. I’m a diabetic & only eat food no less then 55 in the glycemic index to control my blood sugar
Please try the blueberries frequently and release the findings as a playlist! We can check if it is reproducable and effective! Thank you very much for your service!💙
I use blueberries for my smoothie daily that also includes beets, fresh organic ginger, 1 avocado, some cilantro, parsley and 1 banana. My blood pressure level between 125 to 128 and diastolic at 78. I am almost 68

Working out doesn't heal diabetes. What it does is use up the excess glucose in the blood which has been caused by eating. So exercise shortly after eating is beneficial on blood glucose levels, but it does not heal.
My morning 3 mugs of coffee with butter and cream does exactly the same thing....................to MY blood sugar. Different horses for different courses.
My wife and I eat blue berries, raspberries, and strawberries with Greek yogurt for breakfast three or four times a week. Berries are available at Aldi's year round.
Blueberries have natural sugars unlike cake or cookies. A half hour workout reduces blood sugars immediately. Blood sugars 188 after workout 90 works for me.
I make a smoothie every day with a fistful of blueberries, some peanuts and pumpkin seeds, milk and stevia. It is filling and tasty. Now I know it also helps with insulin resistance, thanks for the video.

there are many varieties of blueberriesost of them loaded with carbs and pesticides.I would definitely redo the test especially with wild vs cultivated.A healthy serving of typical store bought blueberries like 175g should cause a glucose spike. I personally feel it after consuming a standard container i think about 175g.I would eat one of these containers per day for consecutive weeks.I used the blueberries specifically to get an energy boost. But now I switched to strawberries as they have less sugar and much more vitamin C
blueberries are awesome but if you have stomach trouble they are like aspirin to some people....me! I love them ! I think they have salicylic and or something like that. if you have sensitivity to aspirin maybe eat something with them
Its because its natural sugar compare to highly processed sugars which includes sugar substitutes. Anyways try other berries and improve insulin with an orange because it has good amount fiber. Orange juice has little to no fiber regardless of labels. Fiber is key to insulin sensitivity.
They have the same effect on me. I usually start my day with a cup of blueberries with a cup of 2% Greek yoghurt, delicious. Sometimes with plain Cheerios and 2% milk.. Usually before I’m around 126 and about 2 hours later under 100.
Adding sugar, of any kind, to your blood, doesn't improve insulin sensitivity unless you've gone a LONG time without any form of carbohydrate for a long time.
Even a good raw honey doesn’t 🙂..I found this while monitoring my sugar 4 x a day for months during my pregnancy. It became a good way of finding which honey is good and which one is altered 😅 ...also ajwa dates were good too. They’re only 10% sugar anyways compared to huge loaded mejdool.

I eat blueberries to lower my blood pressure. Works like a charm! No meds for me. Beet juice works too.
That’s wonderful. How do you prepare the blueberries? I’d like to see what it does for my blood pressure, too.
