Ive found the mattress pretty hard, but I think thats a common issue across all RTT
Ended up storing the pillows in my vehicle, as I couldnt for the life of me get it to shut fully with them remaining in it. Ended up bending the little hooks. Foolowing this I recko it might be more user error.
Ive bent those tabs once before as well, but gently bent them back down without issue! My tip is to push the pillows up in the gap between the mattress and the hard shell! Will close much better!

Hey mate, I’ve not had any issues with dust or water! Only one night we left the windows open while camping at the beach and it turned into a sand storm 😂
