Not sure what model year you have,. But, if it is 2006 or later, and with 40K miles, the single most important thing to do is to check your valve gaps and adjust if needed. The DBW (2006 and newer) cars have a tendancy to develop tight valve gaps which can result in burned valves and major problems. Also, torque your spark plug with a torque wrench. These cars run very high rpm and they have been known to blow plugs right out of the head.

Thanks for the tips. Guess I could go back through and check the toque just to be sure since it will be run through it’s paces.
Planning to do a valve adjustment in the near future as well.

@@s2kutah Strongly recommend check and adjust valves asap. Nothing more important.

K, so went to tighten my spark plugs with a torque wrench within range... didn’t click at all as I tightened... then I decided to do a test on my log nuts... no click... needless to say, ordered a new torque wrench, spark plug and just ordered the valve adjustment tool. Any suggestions on gap checking tool?
