After watching a few different videos, I don't think there are any home console versions that quite match up with the arcade. Presentation and gameplay wise, arcade is the best. The SNES version is inferior graphically, but I like the way it sounds more than any other home version of the game. I hate the cheesy noises in the Sega versions of the game.
Play the Sega 32x version of this game it even has the arcade scaling feature. This was unheard of back then. If not mistaken i thimk the Atari Jaguar version had this as well but that was a 64-bit system

Except there's no music or beat during gameplay in snes :( when they coulda made it awesome
@@christopherbenson8107 I think the Saturn had that as well. Pretty sure that was the definitive way to play on a home console.
The PS1 version is the best, and closest overall to the arcade, despite still not being quite perfect though.
