@@rolandbaron5813 Pandora's Box consoles feature most arcade games to my knowledge, but since lists and models change very often, I suggest that you directly ask the seller before purchasing one.
@@AndyKusanagi86 @AndyKusanagi86 Ah, I see, well I too prefer NBA Jam's commentary now that I think of it, seems more polished. Will check both videos anyway, you intrigued me.
The balls stand for the quarters that you can play. 4 Balls = Full game purchased and it costs 8 credits per player (no, not cheap at all). The arcade version consists of a single game. You can win by 100 points, it will still result in a game over.
I know it’s years late but yes from what I remember as a kid for Sub Zero you have to put in Dec 20 or 21 and if it’s entered correctly you’ll hear “Sub Zero” but you can also play as Raiden, Scorpion and Reptile
This and nba street games.. best basketball games ever
Run and Gun was also a great one, imho.
@@RetroGamingLoft yup
@@RetroGamingLoft Run N Gun is my goat
@@DatOneGuy901 Same here!
NBA Live 95 and 96 too. Also I liked NCAA Basketball on super nintendo and Coach K on genesis
The best video game ever. 👍😎
Definitely one of the greatest.
@@RetroGamingLoft I could agree more. 😎👍
Wish we could play the arcade version on the consoles.
There are retro consoles featuring thousands of arcade games (I got mine on AliExpress).
@@RetroGamingLoft oh okay. Is there one that features nba jam tournament edition?

The background music brings so many memories of my teenage years in the '90s
I can so easily relate...

Same here, long live to Pandora!
I ❤ the old school and new school remake remix b ball games since way back in good old days little kids and now ALL GROWN UP
Glad you appreciated it, I love bringing back memories.
Shouldn't Bird be in this game? Or was he retired by then?
That's correct, Bird retired in 1992, right after the Olympics.
is it me, or is commentary sound quality worse than vanilla Jam?
I'm not sure what you mean, could you please elaborate?
@@RetroGamingLoft it's just that the commentary sounded clearer on vanilla NBA Jam, but here it sounds kinda scratchy

What are those "balls" that you can put up to 4 with the start button for ? 🤔
Me and my homie won the first game and we went to game over WTF ?

Comunque il computer segnava... Mi ricordo bene: non riuscivi a portare via il pallone agli avversari.
Yeah, you had to resort to dirty tactics all the time... I love this game to bits, but I acknowledge you can't win without a bit of luck.
The Super Nintendo has the best soundtrack.

Does this have the cheat to play as MORTAL KOMBAT characters?
Haven't tried mate, but it should, to my knowledge.
