Please keep doing these comparison videos. I love them! It's so helpful, like the nepeta one before this. Please do it for all the perennial series available if you guys can. Thank you :)
Great info! But I never understand why channels put music over the segments where there is information being provided. distracting. - lovely gardens :)
Yay! I have a 2024 Proven Winner National Perennial of the Year in my garden! I love my Pink Profusion and wished I had bigger gardens to have one of each colour. I love how tidy they are and they don't flop over after a rain. This is a very helpful video, I'd love to see a video where you compare perennial salvia, nepeta etc. They look somewhat similar.
I really love these videos, such a great look at and information about the varieties. I would prefer them without the music though. I am also having difficulty hearing the information over it, and I’m not hard of hearing.
I agree with the audio issues. I'm not hard of hearing, and I had to turn it up quite high to hear the information. Too much muzak, imo. The music is very unnecessary! Also, I've been a home gardener for a very long time, but I'm NOT employed in the industry, so I don't know what "breaking" means in regard to the flowers. I heard him say this flower has a great break, etc. I can infer what it means, but I would rather him tell me the definition during the video.
What are the lime green mounded plants in the beginning of the video, pls? Liking the companion plants and interested in knowing what you have planted with the salvia. Helpful to mention companion plants to help me choose varieties to go with the featured plants.
Hello ! I have 8 of the violet profusion, planted them in the middle of this June. All of them look beautiful, and are growing fast. 1 of them is laying down. None of the others are doing this. They all have the same amount of sun and water. I got them from an online retailer, Garden Crossings, and they all came pruned back. Not sure if I should prune that one back or not? Any advice?
I came to the comments to see if anyone else is asking what it means when "the flower has a great break" ! But I guess I'm the only one wondering... It would have been very helpful to have been told the exact definition instead of me guessing.
I agree with others who say great video but I can barely hear you. Please consider having no music whatsoever on your future videos. I'm here to hear what you have to say and to see the plants you are talking about.

I second this request!
agree wholeheartedly... there is no better side by side available as far as I'm aware to really help you make a choice which to buy.
Great info! But I never understand why channels put music over the segments where there is information being provided. distracting. - lovely gardens :)
Great info. Please lower music volume so that we can better hear the narration. It's much too low to easily understand.
I'd love to see variety comparisons on Monarda, Veronica and so many other groups of perennials. These types of videos are great!
It's always great to see side by side comparisons in the landscape!
Fabulous information but the loud music is a real problem. Can you repost with no music?
I love your videos. It’s nice to see a review of one plant family. It’s so helpful to know what’s available.

I had trouble hearing the information over the music too.
I agree. Great info but challenging to hear with the music.
I ended up turning on the Closed Captions. It definitely helped.

Yes, music volume should be less than 20% in a speaking video.
Hi, I love your comparison videos, but can you please get a microphone? Audio is always muffled. Thank you!
These comparison videos are a real help! Is there any re-seeding issues with these Salvia introductions like Caradonna or other past varieties?
I'll take 25 of each!!! Absolutely LOVE these salvias. Thanks for sharing.
Great info! That’s some intense salvia music though. It’s hard to hear what’s being said. 😊
Awesome comparison and so helpful! I am in California garden zone 9b and find this so helpful! 🧡❤️💜💙💚
I like his explanation of the plants very matter of fact for an experienced gardener
Great video, Thank you, but better without the music or the music turned right down :)
I love your videos but its difficult to hear what is being said over the music.
I love this salvia. Still not available in Zone 9b?

That is Origanum 'Drops of Jupiter'!
Great info! Music was a little to loud. 🌼💋

Please turn down the music so we can hear your voice!
Anyone know what the evergreen was next to him while he was behind the violet profusion at the beginning?
This helps so much! Thank you!

Do the nemorosa varieties do well down here on the Gulf coast?
Do you know what your hardiness zone is? They are hardy in zones 3-8.

Bracts- the calyx left on the stems when the flowers fall off.
@Nicole Jordan Thank You!
Why does my midnight salvia flop?😩They are fully bloomed, beautiful color, but the are laying down with circle in the middle.
Are these Salvia in full sun? If they start to flop, you can trim them back in half.
Very nice 😍
Does salvia come back every year
Yes it does!
