I have some questions: Can you block 2D? And another one about directional inputs: when you are at the left side, i understand that 6 is forward (to the right) and 4 backwards (to the left). Now, if you are the other character standing in the right side, does 4 become forward (to the left)? Or does the numbers mirror so 6 is always forward? Also thanks for the video. I'm new in this game and I already love it, but I feel like I'm missing a ton of things. Not any more!
Hey there, so 2D is a low attack, so it can be blocked with a crouching guard, but cannot be blocked with a standing guard. 4 is always back and 6 is always forward regardless of which side you're on and you're welcome for the video :)
Yes, and also remember there's a low blitz (to counter lows) and a standing blitz (to counter overheads and mids) so if it's early in the blitz (meaning they havent fully charged it yet) you can just hit them low if they blitzed high or hit them overhead if they blitzed low. However, if a blitz is charged long enough it will blitz both highs and lows regardless of which blitz they did.
