Stay hard king ❤ i honestly dont believe that high volume and high intensity is good since i perfer high intensity only since most bodybuilders can recover faster than natural people
@@JosefWebber honestly i dont know how to answer that i mostly train one big muscle group with a small muscle group without getting any reccomendations from people i mostly do what i want but i dont sacrafice quality reps yesterday i did shoulders and chest tomorrow i will do either back and shoulders or back and biceps i also only train 3-4 times a week since high intensity makes it hard to go everyday
