- Minichamps 1/18 Williams FW43B George Russell 2021 Belgian GP Unboxing and Review! Today we're taking a look at a car from a race that was a well counted 3 laps long. There was only one person happy with this fact, and that was George Russell, earning his first ever podium in Formula One and to do that with a Williams is nothing short of a miracle, especially in 2021.

I see you didn't mention the lack of detailing in the cockpit. The typical dashboard for the Williams on the bulkhead is missing (no dash on the special steeringwheel), but the worst of it all is the lack of decals on the driver figurine! It just looks unfinished tbh. I was looking forward to get this model, but that really turned me off.

i had this model and the latifi model come today and i love these cars the last 1:18 of williams was back in 2017 so its been a long wait im looking forward to the saudi gp version's coming out soon with the tribute to Sir Frank Williams my williams model collection continues to grow 😀

Great editing, the thiic part got me haha. I wanna get a Williams cus as an American I will need a Logan Sargeant model. The bases on the Minichamps are a big turnoff tho, they just don't look like they're quality.
And the screws in the Minichamps bases are a bitch to get out too based on my experience with the Max Verstappen Shop exclusives.

I never liked this livery very much but it truly looks quite nice on a model. Still sucks that Minichamps don't have the front wing cutouts.
Decent model. IMO Minichamps didn’t do as good of a job as Spark on 2021 and earlier models.
But I much prefer their 2022 cars over Spark, mainly because of the improved tyre detail and finally a reflective visor, basically taking the BBR approach. Also BBR/Minichamps imo has always had better decals than Spark/Looksmart, since the latter has the sponsor decals on the nose in one big sticker.
Unfortunately, still no slot gaps on the wings. It comes down to preference and if that’s important, I’d say Spark is a better option.

Don't know if anyone knows the answer but Im collecting the 2022 season I just prefer Spark over Minichamp so does spark have the licensing to produce Haas and Williams as these are the two Im still waiting for.

Thanks and to my knowledge, atleast for 1/18 scale Williams and Haas are both tied to Minichamps with recent releases.
Probably should've specified but Im collecting the 1:43 guess it'll be the same.
