Thanks for the deck review, very satisfied with it! Sorry for the incoming essay but I had some notes:
I agreed with a lot of the cuts you suggested, and so far have changing: Aurelia->Elesh Norn, Farewell->Invasion of Fiora, Piru->Ruinous Ultimatum, thrill&mila->signets (had taken them out because I was flooding a lot, but that was before dropping to 34 lands so maybe that'll change), ancient brass->sire of insanity
I believe you may have undervalued the synergy with Sun Titan and reanimate permanents; being able to target any of the Animate Dead-variants, or even Underworld Breach, to double-revive is a very attractive prospect. Even getting recurring loots/haste with Bitter Reunion has been helpful. At worst, I get just a mana rock back, which is still helpful at the point in the game where I'm considering Sun Titan for casting or as a reanimate target. For now, I'll be keeping him in until I power up the deck further.
I've also found Braids to be very successful, especially in the games where Dihada survives the turn she drops in; I usually get 2+ draws a turn with her.
Kaervek has been a tough one to decide on; the games he comes out, he tends to put in work, but as you said doesn't do much on ETB. His synergy with Dihada's +2 is the main reason I like him - definitely on the chopping block though. And for clarity, Gisela is mainly there for the combo with Hidetsugu - I don't like to run infinite/1turn combos, but I like having those two there as a just-in-case.
Of your suggestions, I really like Dusk Mangler and Unburial Rites; I'll need to make space for them somehow. I think I'll straight up cut Thalia, as even the other variant doesn't further my gameplan much either. I already have Archon in my Ayara deck where they're doing a lot of work, so I won't be including them here as well to avoid repetition. Kruxo is a solid option but not super convinced I would like them that much.
Necropotence is a questionable one for me; I'd have to remove all the looting to synergize with it, and I've enjoyed the playstyle of surprising the table with a very early game discard->revive; I'll keep it in mind for now and consider it when I want to bring the deck to the next level, where I'd be changing the strategy dramatically.
Along those same lines, I've tried avoiding the use of non-flavor tutors because I fear starting to use them will make the gameplay of my decks very linear. I understand they help consistency a lot, but besides the price, this is primarily why they aren't included. Profane might be at a level where I feel comfortable using it.
To your last statement, I do think the deck would be more powerful in a straight reanimation variant. Once I acquire enough of the higher power cards I think I'll make the push to do that, but for now I'm enjoying the legendary flavor I have going.
Thanks again for the deck review! Hope you get a chance to look at the Karrthus Dragon Tribal I also included, that one needs some serious help to power up, also dropped a Black Rose Marchesa request but that one doesn't need much help. Looking forward to future reviews in general, love the format and they're very informative!

You touched on one of them with Unburial rites, but I would personally be going for all the flashback reanimation spells in this deck, so also going for Dread Return, and maybe even Wake to Slaughter, though that second one is sketchy so it would be on the line

What is your opinion on stitch together if you were going reanimation route? Or in general?
Also wanted to ask if you were still taking deck builds for review of dihada?
    Thanks again for the video!🎉

I think stitch together works great in a list like as additional 2 mana reanimation, but I do think sometimes it will miss due to threshold. Absolutely send your Dihada decks, I have one Dihada reanimation video coming out tomorrow actually!

Doesn't writting wills go completely against bringing back the dead??

Ive been playing reanimator for some months..
    With regards to reanimation targets:
Dont you think Sheoldred is too slow? If you dont have anything else to reanimate its really meh even when it makes opps sac a creature. It doesnt have an immediate impact If it gets removed
Elesh norn: has immediate impact, kills token and aggro decks but if you dont really play against those the -2/-2 is not that big of a deal I think? Plus if you play reanimator you dont go wide, you usually have 1-2 creatures at a time so you dont benefit from the buff much
Archfiend of despair: works amazinly with Gisela and is very underrated imo. No gain life clause is important sometimes as well
Sire of insanity is a must include imo
Dont you think archon is very medium in 1vs3? 1v1 its amazing but drawing one is meh killig a creature is ok making them discard is whatever and the life swing is small..
I think you didnt mention toxrill, ive cut it from my list recently cause its strong but slow (similar argument to elesh), what are you thoughts on it?

I think Sheoldred is fine for the power level of the deck, not crazy strong but respectable. Elesh Norn's soft power of keeping X/2s off the board can be difficult to measure but is very strong, it's similar to how Thalia's ability is hard to measure because you don't see all the spells they cannot cast. Archfiend of Despair is fine, I agree it works well with Gisela but you need a catalyst for it to anything, by itself it's just a big demon. Sire of Insanity is fantastic, but I am hesitant to always suggest it - it's power level scales to stronger decks and can be a devicive card to introduce to a playgroup. Archon is fine, the advantage is still meaningful and unlike Dusk Mangler it triggers on attack. Toxrill is meta dependant, but more importantly it has blue in it so it can't go into this deck :)
