Those game winning lines one after another were litterally Galaxy Brain . That was so smooth to find another way to win the game. Congrats to Alana for the well deserved win
The fact that two of Alana's lines were disrupted and she still managed for find a win out of it was really impressive. Congrats to Alana on the win, and congrats to Ryan for attempting to stop her
Absolutely bonkers of a game. It's rare that an infinite combo doesn't end the game on the spot, and then having TWO that don't win? Crazy. This was really fun to watch.
Interesting game. I think Ryan had that game in the bag if he had used the final felidar of his loop to target dockside, make treasures, then recast Rocco to get ranger captain onto the field, then simply sac ranger captain on Alana's upkeep locking her out for a turn.
I absolutely love Dihada as a deck, it's SO much fun. Alana played absolutely masterfully too, a victory very well earned. Those last two turns were just exceptional magic.
I have NEVER seen such an incredible piloting of a deck. That was incredible. Alana, bravo. This was an exceptional game. I was grinning the whole whole time.
One player (Alana) managed to pivot but another (Ryan) didn't and lost. He could have have created another Felidor copy, flicked the planeswalker and swapped Aboliser for Ranger Captain.
I was grinning the whole time those last few turns. No Thassa Pacting, and both players preventing their opponents combos via sans blue niche interaction? More please :D Knew this would be a good game when I saw the commanders for this pod.
I was wondering what the cedh community’s general opinion on the dark lord is? I know you mentioned it on your podcast before so I am hoping to get to see him in a game soon!
Genuine question about Greater Gargadon being used to mass-sacrifice the 42069 Felidars. Since the card immediately casts when its final suspend counter is removed wouldn't it be a spell on the stack and therefore cannot activate its card-related ability? I personally don't quite get the result and would love to understand better how it works. Also, wow! That was a crazy game, definitely going to be adding Vivian to my Naya combos in the future!
Ryan held priority for each sacrifice so the counters weren't removed until all the Felidars had been sacrificed, which means there's no timing problems.
Not to be a downer but you would only get 9 sacrifices to gargadon then it would be cast no? You wouldn’t be able to sacrifice all of the felidar’s to it.
Is there any reason the Rocco player just doesn't end their turn with podding away the Dockside with Vivien for Ranger-Captain of Eos in second main phase and completely nullify Dihada (Alana's) turn by saccing it in upkeep...?
People should really be attacking and killing planeswalkers when The One Ring is cast. Definitely won me a Legacy to kill a Karn last night while my opponent (but not his permanents) had protection from everything.
I've run across this many times in pods, people always forget that infinite is not a thing in magic. Anything infinite essentially ends the game in a draw as it does not end. "Infinite Combos" have to have a defined finite number declared. Seeing multiple infinities in this video gave me a good laugh thinking about all the people I've played who would have argued about this for hours.
Most people casually say "infinite" to mean "a large number" in the context of an MTG game, though. But of course, since it's not truly infinite, you can always pick that number plus 1 in response to their loop, or twice that number, etc.
In the game Ryan could have gone for another line after the combat not game winning but reducing chances, Activate kiki on Felidar flicker Vivien pod Grand Abolisher into Village Bell ringer giving infinte Red and Green mana through arbor elf untapping with VBR With the one treasure we cast Rocco etb searching Temur Sabertooth bouncing Dockside giving us infinite treasure since we already have infinite green and red, then get twinshot removing lurrus, and dihada. get Cathar commando removing the one ring, get eternal witness get cathar commando back remove signet with commando Get Abolisher from grave into play again get Ranger captain. pass turn with Dihada only having 3 lands sack ranger captain in upkeep. win next turn. This is from me sitting here not in the game, but being calm. Sometimes these lines are just not as obvious.

Those game winning lines one after another were litterally Galaxy Brain . That was so smooth to find another way to win the game. Congrats to Alana for the well deserved win
Two times :D (galaxy brain)² xD
Yeah, attacking into a player with protection from everything and attacking into infinite blockers sure was Galaxy brain...
it was cool to see her adjust, but not galaxy brain to not just go for the mayhem devils first as she knew kiki exists anyways
That was a super cool mardu line wow
You have a super cool hair line
“I’m gonna defend against your combo with my combo” too crazy
The fact that two of Alana's lines were disrupted and she still managed for find a win out of it was really impressive. Congrats to Alana on the win, and congrats to Ryan for attempting to stop her

What a game!! Alana deserves the Big Brain award from Playing with Power because those last 2 turns were some of the best plays I’ve ever seen in cEDH
Interesting game. I think Ryan had that game in the bag if he had used the final felidar of his loop to target dockside, make treasures, then recast Rocco to get ranger captain onto the field, then simply sac ranger captain on Alana's upkeep locking her out for a turn.
This game is absolute fire.
It REALLY is.
I absolutely love Dihada as a deck, it's SO much fun. Alana played absolutely masterfully too, a victory very well earned. Those last two turns were just exceptional magic.
Wow what an ending. Plus the narration with the book quote during the scene where everyone forgot the protection was excellent
I have NEVER seen such an incredible piloting of a deck. That was incredible. Alana, bravo. This was an exceptional game. I was grinning the whole whole time.
7:10 was sooo good, very nicely done reference
Holy shit, this game was amazing
the fact that she could find 3 winning combos one after the other required great ability, kudos to her!
The One Ring is about to take over our game. I have played it vastly more than my opponents so far and I’ve won 5/6 games I’ve cast it
That was incredibly fun to watch. It was cool to see not just one, but 3 infinite combos brought up short.
I can’t remember the last time a game made my audibly say “no fucking way” but this game did
Wow! What an amazing game! Probably the best comeback win I've seen on the channel.
I vote for Ryan to re-record the LOTR the audio books. One narrator to rule them all!
Amazing game.
This game was EPIC!! Best one on the channel in a while, and PWP always hits so that’s really saying something lol
Been playing dihada for about 3 weeks now one of my favorite cedh decks I have
Good to see Alana embracing the power of red after Zur let her down XD
Those were such lucky flips with the Horn. 6 cards and they were all non land and crucial to the combo/fast mana
This was the most interesting match I watched in a while. Refreshing
Such an amazing video! If I could pilot any of my decks half as smoothly as Alana does in this game, maybe I’d win more.
That ending was nuts. Mardu Summer is in full swing. Great game!
One of the greatest game endings, super cool!
This is one of the best CEDH games I've seen in this channel ever
That…was awesome! One of the best games Ive seen.
That was an insanely impressive game with god tier piloting. To be able to pivot like that without skipping a beat is incredibly difficult to do.
One player (Alana) managed to pivot but another (Ryan) didn't and lost. He could have have created another Felidor copy, flicked the planeswalker and swapped Aboliser for Ranger Captain.
Both ryan and Alana were piloting masterfully on that last turn of alana’s.
Love seeing kinda different decks and Commanders in Cedh.
Very well played by Alana.
Awesome pivots!
That was a bad ass line to dig through for a win 👌
Holy crap. I am absolutely not smart enough to find that final winning line. That was awesome.
Literally JUST watched Oh Brother Where Art Thou for the first time. Cheers
WOW that ending was wildddd!!
So freaking sick. Nice win Alana, crazy game
The "Dapper Dan" joke got me.
That game was WILD. Love it!
whaaatt??!!!!! Alana was so gooodd!! hehehe Good game!
Alana was like "hold my ring".
Alana definitely has the most wrinkled brain in the whole PWP team
And it's not even close.
What a banger ending by Alana!!!!!!
I was grinning the whole time those last few turns. No Thassa Pacting, and both players preventing their opponents combos via sans blue niche interaction? More please :D
Knew this would be a good game when I saw the commanders for this pod.
Your honor, my client is beyond based
This was an awesome game! Loved it!
Incredible game!
Now that was an epic win. That's what I love to see.
OMG! Best game ever! Great job guys that was a nail biter (x3)
Really enjoying the rise of Mardu and Naya decks recently.
That was an absolutely incredible game 👏👏👏
IM IMAGINING THE MOST CINEMATIC SCENE FIGHT SCENE EVER
TK your playmat is absolutely magical. Gosh I love Starry Night
That was some insane harnfel luck holy moly
Never thought I'd see a Naya list I like so much.
That was awesome! Ggs everyone!
One of the best games on this channel 😍
Glad you enjoy it!
What an insane game
Holy smokes! Alana da GOAT!!!
Alana was really impressive

Thats was amazing
Ive been hearing dihada pretty good lol
This was epic!
Holy combos
I was wondering what the cedh community’s general opinion on the dark lord is? I know you mentioned it on your podcast before so I am hoping to get to see him in a game soon!
We are looking into it!
Brilliant!
Awesome!
I cackled multiple times this game 😂

@@SpawnofHastur Ah I see, the missing piece for me was priority. Thank you, that makes sense!
Not to be a downer but you would only get 9 sacrifices to gargadon then it would be cast no? You wouldn’t be able to sacrifice all of the felidar’s to it.
This game was amazing
How do I subscribe to Alana's channel?
Amazing game!
Is there any reason the Rocco player just doesn't end their turn with podding away the Dockside with Vivien for Ranger-Captain of Eos in second main phase and completely nullify Dihada (Alana's) turn by saccing it in upkeep...?
Holy game actions!
Looks like the POW team gonna need to step up they game w Alana in the squad now❤😂
Great episode.
That was rad
Just when you thought 420,069 would be enough!
One of the best
A game of absolute inches!
This is the spiciest game of all time holy shit
Mardu Summer 🌞
Damn....this game was epic
Nice
People should really be attacking and killing planeswalkers when The One Ring is cast. Definitely won me a Legacy to kill a Karn last night while my opponent (but not his permanents) had protection from everything.
You don't want to attack dihada. Killing dihada only enables the game plan and sometime putting it in the yard is terrifying
I guess that makes sense, I'd have to work out the mana cost of things to see what's the best move
Yes
Inalla 💜🖤
More commander pauper
Alana IS INSANE
Gas!
Alana Pog
Why would Ryan not attack Alana's Dihada?

Activate kiki on Felidar
flicker Vivien
pod Grand Abolisher into Village Bell ringer
giving infinte Red and Green mana through arbor elf untapping with VBR
With the one treasure we cast Rocco
etb searching Temur Sabertooth
bouncing Dockside
giving us infinite treasure since we already have infinite green and red, then get twinshot removing lurrus, and dihada.
get Cathar commando removing the one ring,
get eternal witness get cathar commando back
remove signet with commando
Get Abolisher from grave into play again
get Ranger captain.
pass turn with Dihada only having 3 lands sack ranger captain in upkeep.
win next turn.
This is from me sitting here not in the game, but being calm. Sometimes these lines are just not as obvious.
That’s a line, but as you said, it’s harder when you’re in the game. Also, TOR is indestructible.
That was insane
Dihada, Binder of Rings
Best game ever
