Bought that as soon as the playmat released and changed every copy I had of Faithless Looting out for it, best art.

As someone who is in the process of making a Zaxara this was very insightful actually watching this deck in action keep up the vids love them
I have a Zaxara deck its excellent. A few tips:
Garruks Uprising is excellent mainly for the trample. It doesnt however trigger off Zaxaras tokens. You’d be shocked to see how few hydras have trample. Shadowspear is also boss.
Zaxara makes Hydras no matter if Zaxara is tapped for mana or not.
Unbound Flourishing and Doubling Season are amazing.
Instill Energy is a jank old Aura that’s great for untapping Zaxara to double mana gen, as is Kiora, Behemoth Beckoner.
@@Foetoid2k6 thanks for the tips, I don’t have instill energy I have freed from the real and pemnin’s aura in mine and I managed to snag a unbound flourishing and doubling season.
I’ll see if I can get a shadow spear thanks you for the advice.
@@starslayer18 I did have Freed from the Reel and Pemmin’s Aura but took them out as i was consistently winning very early lol. No point having a deck that makes hydras if i win turn 4 and never get to swing and the playgroup isnt that strong 😂
@@Foetoid2k6 yeah I’ve had the same issue of winning early with those, might grab the instill energy and side those cards out if the play group is wanting less power and side them back in if I’m in a higher group

At around 5:46, there was something said that might confuse people. Zaxara makes the Hydra regardless if the mana from Zaxara was used. You can play an X spell with all lands and Zaxara still makes the token.

Kyle kinda messed up the game on turn 3 where he had a free Swords and didnt cast it (had enough mana if he played rakdos signet first)

drain means to take life and gain it, you do not gain life so therefor it's not draining.

So pissed at myself. I got the prosper pre con as my first deck, and I didn’t realize that master triggered on token artifacts then. I traded it away 😢
The way you cast this game makes it seem that you think Zaxaras ability to make hydras only triggers whenever Zaxara sinks mana into an X spell which isnt true.
