FOREIGNER ENTERING MARTIAL LAW MINDANAO // Philippines

Tourism is down by up to 95% in some regions of Mindanao Philippines due to a war that broke out in the city of Marawi. People should avoid that area (Marawi) at all cost but at the same time should not be afraid to travel North/North East part of Mindanao (to my knowledge). Al though it's considered safe in those areas you will encounter high level of army presence where ever you go.
