    I found this channel when i was having one of my hardest times ever. I was so depressed and was only in my room doing nothing all day. I decided to start working out, youtube is banned in my country (Iran), we need to use a vpn 🙄. I turned the vpn on and started doing one of your easy workouts with u. Here i am, feeling better than those days, stronger and happier. I love u both. Thank u.

    This channel was one of the best things that happend to me, I found it about 7 months ago and Lost 18 pounds in the first 5 months using it, last week I ran my first 5k without stoping and all the time I could hear Daniel in my head saying that I can do it. Thank you so much for everything!!

    I first started watching Body Project at my heaviest, 232 lbs. I was post birth of my third child, no previous history of working out consistently. I like the all standing workouts, theyre easier to manage. I used to limit mysdelf to 20/30 minute videos and pause constantly. Today with 75 pounds lost, i complete the 45/60 minute videos with added weights (20 pounds for squats) and i dont pause. Thank you Team Body Project for the constant motivation and good spirit videos, you've helped me begin my journey with somewhat ease!

      Jean, there is NOTHING I haven't been addicted to in my life and you'll find moving your body hard and sweating is something you wanted and craved all along. Also, fitness really chases away depression, the underpinning of addiction. I salute you.

    I am 75 and retired this year. I don't know what I would have done without Body Project AND Daniel's motivation. I can do the workouts and some times do 2 or 3 in a day. It is the BEST part of my day! Thank you again and again. I get really excited when I see a new video!

    So I’m kinda documenting my workouts through you. After each workout I am so proud. Today was my third workout and I made it the entire video without stopping. This is after sitting on the coach for 3 years just waiting on my life to pass me by after losing my son. However, your videos have encouraged me to get up and change and I’m so thankful. You’re awesome!!!

    At the end of this workout , when Daniel raised his hands, I raised my hands and thanked God for the great feeling that I have on that moment, ability to do this workout and happiness and calm that i had after that.     Seriously, it has been years since I exercised. My life came to a halt after the death of my brother who was my best friend, really my best friend I would see him almost every single day and travel with him just do everything with him. This year I went on my husbands TH-cam account and came across this channel and decided one day I need to make a change and for once I am realizing I need to live my life without him and I have to pull myself out of this hole. I can actually say you helped me, although you are not actually in my living room you make me feel like I can do this with no judgement and to be happy with myself. I have been faithfully doing these workouts almost everyday for the last month and I really am feeling good emotionally. There is a kindness about you that is probably changing a lot of peoples lives. Thank you

      Hi Larry, I hope you are doing okay and keeping on with these guys. I lost my mom two years ago, and she was my close friend - so I know how hard it is. Keep on with the program - as you say, the difference with team body project is the kindness and empathy you can feel coming through. They are not drill sergeants like many others are. Instead, they encourage you to do the best you can do at the time.

    Body project workouts are the only workouts that don’t make me feel like every limb in my body is going to break at any moment! Some of the workouts on TH-cam are so ridiculously intense, it takes me weeks to recover from a single workout 😥 the best part about these workouts is that they’re just as effective without the unnecessary pain. Thank you so much for posting these videos.

      EXACTLY! In the past I've done those other needlessly intense workouts and been so sore for days I couldn't move. It discourages you. The feeling of accomplishment that come with this workout makes me wanna come back every day and my body CAN! The fact that Daniel's spirit shines brighter than the sun is yet another perk.

    I literally cried after finishing this workout. Not because I was in pain, but because I felt so proud of myself. The wholesome look in Daniel’s eyes when he was “handing out the medals” is what got me! The “medals” pushed me further each time!
    “Here’s your bronze medal, here’s your silver medal and here’s your gold.” ❤️

    To someone whose mother used to motivate them to lose weight by saying "You are so fat you don't even look like human anymore", I cannot even express how much all this encouragement and understanding means. I used to despite working out, now I can't wait to do my 30 min daily cardio and push myself.

      Oh my gosh, Hiisilapsi, please tell me you don't believe her! This is YOUR story, your journey. You're only at the beginning of the path towards making better strides daily, whether health related, work, family, friends, personal it doesn't matter. Just keep plugging forward.
      In fact, listen through the videos for one where Daniel really speaks to you. I'll tell you what got me is when he said, "this isn't punishment, this is fun!" It's a mindset! And I've spent my life self sabotaging. I'm always ready to quit when I begin. But they're so encouraging.
      Hiisilapsi, don't quit. Message me if you'd like. We'll keep each other motivated, ok? We will get through this! This is the best group ever!

      Keep going you got this. Your mom Is doing what I tell other TH-camrs to not do and that's body shame. They double down and claim science says it works. No it doesn't. If someone is an emotional eater being bullied is going to make them eat more.

      @@wendyokoopa7048 That's exactly what I told my family. I had put on quite the weight these last two years and my family would be very mean to me. This winter I decided to lose weight because I believed that I could do it, not because of them. I've now lost 11 kg and Body Project has helped me a lot. I've told my family it was all my doing because they really think they did something good by being mean, and that they should be thanked. They excuse themselves saying they said those things for my own good, so I could see I needed to lose weight. I told them, I am not blind, I knew I had to, but it's hard when you've never done exercise on a daily basis and eaten on diets. You need something else other than plain insults or veiled commentaries, like I don't know, the number of a doctor who would help you design a diet for example, or invite you to have a walk with them every day for an hour. Saying: 'Girl, have you even looked at yourself in the mirror? Don't you see how bad you look?' and then leaving .......that can't help anyone, it didn't help me. It hurts me that they still think they were right. Especially my father, one day after blatantly insulting me again and again, I marched out crying. He would later try and explain himself saying he just expressed his opinion and I told him : 'No! what you did back there was straight out humiliate me! And there's no excuse for treating a person that way!' He has kinda toned down after I've lost weight but he can still be toxic with these topics. I am just so glad I did it for myself and that I now respect and love my body, like Daniel says. I wish my father was more like him.

    If anyone is looking for amazing workouts to burn calories and get fit with cardio, this is it!! I’ve been doing these workouts for a few months. I’m addicted. They are so fun and there are hundreds of videos to choose from. All abilities and levels. Best of all, LOW impact if you like. Amazing team with real people!

    I did this work out consistently for a few months during lockdown and now I’m coming back after a very bad depression that had me bed ridden for weeks/months.       @@savannahmae9777 it was just for one time through, but it’s also based on my height and current weight and how hard I tried. Total calories lost will be different for everyone.

      450 kcal for a low impact workout is huge, for me a 45 min Jump rope burns about 500 kcal with 5-10 sec rest between sets,well done

    Back in 2014 to 2015 I was 193 pounds I started doing mixed workouts on TH-cam but then found body project I started no matter what I did it every day body project and I went from the weight that I had started was 193 I went down to 154 . But these last three years I’ve gained a lot of weight I was 210 pounds I started doing body project again and I’ve been in on it for a month so far and I’ve already lost 8 pounds im 203 pounds now , I’m so proud of myself and I think you body project team because the way you talk on your videos and everything it keeps me wanting to keep going ,to not give up & to keep me motivated !thank you!

    This channel is the only channel that makes me want to keep exercising. I love the workouts in here although there are difficult ones at times but a little challenge never hurts !!     I came across these videos a few months ago. I like the fact that they are free, no asking to sign up or send so much money to join in with the workouts. I also like the fact that real people are exercising..no super skinny shapely folks. I also like Daniel...what an instructor...he makes it fun and doesn't down people for being overweight or not being able to keep up. I have downloaded quite a few of these videos. I feel bad when I miss a day😢

    My first time on this workout after doing another of BP workouts for three months and losing. Over 20LBs
    I’m 70 later this year . Have a dress in mind to wear . With these guys I may just do it ...no one at home to cheer me on only Daniel every morning Alex in the evenings ..daily I look after two people . One with heart disease one with dementia . So proud of myself staying fit to do that . Thank you guys so much

    This is one of the most fun, effective, intelligent, low impact, full body workouts I've ever done, and I've done quite a few in my lifetime. For someone who will enter a new decade this year, I can't express fully how grateful I am for your low impact workouts.     Daniel and Alex are the best fitness coach ever. They are so easy on everyone at all levels. They are not intimidating and discouraging like many others setting unrealistic goals for beginners.     I LOVE this company and their method for exercising. The encouragement is easy on the ears and motivating. I struggle with vertigo so the stand up exercises are pefect. I love having Christin on the show. Yeah, the women are dressed with dignity! Thank you for producing these!

    After working daily on this (admittedly I took a week off in the beginning), I'm starting to see small bits of progress, things I couldn't do early on. That said, I haven't jumped since my twenties; I'm turning 55 soon, July 1. My goal is to do jumping jacks to scotties (is that what you call it the other way?), at least enough to follow along, by my birthday. That will be my best gift to my health in a long while.
    I can't thank you guys enough. Listening to the encouraging words, being given various choices, seeing people of varying forms working out, really helps. I feel like I'm in this as a team!
    YA KNOW SOMETHING Y'ALL HAVEN'T THOUGHT OF: a zoom exercise meet-up! Let people join in at their homes, and exercise right along with y'all, where we can see everybody else attempting it at the same time... wouldn't that be a hoot?!!

      ​@@SedraMohammad-bs6ixIt's pretty obvious but yeah, do an 80% and 10% in your diet, by this I mean eat 80% vegetables and in general healthy food and 10% desserts etc. Also keep doing the workouts you like at least 3 or 2 times a week depending on your goal.

    This work-out made me so happy! I'd never thought one year ago I would say exercising would made me feel this way. I went to the gym because I felt like I had too. I was in a really dark place. When COVID hit, I started to work-out from home, with one thought: I need to enjoy moving, otherwise I won't last long. I started with fun dance exercises, 20 minute work-outs with Daniel and built up from there. Still, my credo is: when I start to resent it, I need to change up my routine. And look at me now: a 45 minute work out and 4 medals! I laughed at the end of the session when Daniel gave us all the medals and I felt good and happy. THIS IS WHAT BODY PROJECT IS ABOUT PEOPLE! High five!

    Thank you for these TH-cam workouts! I live in a hot and humid area at this time of year and need indoor workouts that are challenging but do-able for a 49 yo woman with sometimes achy joints! I always feel the burn, but never feel I'm damaging my fragile body! I appreciate you!!

    This is one of my all time favorite workouts, and I chose it to be my first post-Covid workout. Still achievable even after 10+ days of sitting on the couch recovering. It's great to get back into the swing of things!

    Yall have become like virtual family for me. Love love love Daniel I hear him saying "Come on!" I am FINALLY shedding this covid, work from home, and post injury weight and inches. I could cry tears of joy. I feel so blessed to be able to move and see results being that I can't run and jump any more but with this workout? Still effective and keeps me moving and motivated.     OMG, I did it!!! I am a new exerciser, I just started in January. I couldn't even finish one of these at first. I found easier, shorter workouts, but kept coming back to try. I saw improvements, and was able to do most of the workouts. Saw this and thought nah, almost 45 minutes? No way. But, I finished! And I feel GREAT. Sweaty, but great. I'm so grateful for Daniel and the Body Projet team!🥰

    I love this one! It was tough but everyone can go their own pace. My fitbit says 620 calories burned, though I occasionally rewind and restart the set after a water breather. This one took a lot of water.
    This is my 28th day in a row. Great seeing you all. Daniel, thank you for the energy and encouragement ❤
    I'm so proud of myself for what I've done, and I'm going to keep doing it.

    This is quite literally the workout videos I needed to find. I always feel so down on myself after a workout. Like maybe I didn’t do good enough.     This is my absolute favourite workout from Daniel & Alex. I've done this numerous times and have lost about 360-430 calories, depending on whether I do Kristen or Alex 🤣
    It's the fasting month (Ramadan) and me and my workout buddy do this an hour before breaking fast. My diet started on 1st March 2021, I was 95.4kg (210 pounds) and today I'm 88.5kg (195 pounds). I'm 1.68m (5"6). Intending to drop another 18kg (40 pounds) at least.
    Thanks guys. I've never stuck to a workout channel this long before. Daniel is so motivating and Alex just keeps me going.

    Current active duty solder recovering from knee injuries and a surgery, these workouts have been instrumental in regaining my fitness. I used to body build and its been years since I've been able to even come close to my past weight but here I am down almost 23lbs. These workouts are excellent!

    BODY PROJECT is really changing my life! I m a latin woman, in my 40s, so as everybody knows our bodies are different (many curves) and since I ve started practicing with the videos, in my 3rd class, I saw the first changes in my body; i couldnt believe it, one of my jackets that I couldnt zip it, now I CAN. So, all I can say is, thank you for helping us to be healthy, in shape, or just to loose weight; because in this horrible times of pandemic that the whole world is going thru, we need this.       I'm 65 and only made silver. (Day 8) I bow to you! But I did spend the gold time with 10 pounds weights, working on upper body. So maybe that half-counts. : )

    I was about to say "im pleased with my silver medal" and continue later, but then the music kicked in and it had me jumping and running even if the exercise didnt required it. By the end I was euphoric screaming "lets goooo" and all.

    As a cardio beginner and getting back into shape, this is by far my favorite workout session. Daniel’s energy and words of encouragement throughout brings out that inner warrior to finish strong. Alex’ high energy and syncing with the fast beats keeps the “silver” badge portion really fun. I just joined the team and look forward to my first 6-wk challenge!

    I love this channel, the workouts and the instructors are fabulous. I did however find it impossible to keep up in the middle section, the instructor kept changing the exercises every 10 or 15 seconds. I am not the most coordinatored of people, massive understatement! so I went freestyle in this section !!!!

    I totally loved this work out. I will be doing this 5 days a week for the next two months and maybe scale up to something more intense from Body Project.
