I haven't had much time to play lately, but I try to get in 1 or 2 ranked fights a day, at least. I managed to get some last night and they were interesting match-ups (to me, anyhow). In both cases, I believe they would have preferred to kite me, but did an excellent job of fending me off whenever I tried to force the issue. It ended up turning into two particularly tricky matches that could have gone either way.

Damn, I've basically given up at A-rank. Nice build. Never got around to figuring out vertical missiles myself, but I'm hoping to try something similar with the laser turret + laser drone

@@Penguin_Deus Thank you for the offer! Alas I'm on PC only, and truth be told it's...discouraging to see the level of build/gameplay expertise (and foul play from _certain players who would rather disconnect than take that L even if it costs them points_) on display at this level.
That said, I also felt like giving up at the main story when I got to Ibis-and got past it when I was reminded that as the AC6 prologue taught me, I had to stop kiting and start being brave. And well. Here I am now, all routes cleared, at A, and currently experimenting with laser turrets, laser pistol and the Coral redshift rifle. For now I can't bring myself to be one of those tag-and-run players with the new spider legs or an ultra-light build, so if I crawl my way up it'll likely be as a heavy biped of some sort.
@@handbanana4899That's cool. The coral rifles are good, and so is the laser pistol, so I bet the makings of a solid bot are there. I like the little turrets, too, but I haven't been able to get a build together that I am satisfied with.

450 speed is mostly enough for catching common rats, but unless we're speaking an actual rat king, you'll be able to catch it
Lammergeier with hammer for example want to get close, so sooner or later they will come to you, especially when they run out of energy
Also, all lammergeier need to boost to stay on the air, hide & wait for them to come down, let their boost gauge fall or send missile, lammer can't dodge missile consistently without QB, every tick in their gauge means DEATH
or angle your AB so you can go straight without upward boost, strafing also increase your forward speed

What build do you use for ranked 3v3s?
It's in a few other videos, I believe. The titles will say if its ranked or unranked, single or team. It's a TIAN-QIANG biped with am MLT-04, dual DUO03s, and a HMMR. I play it basically as a high-aggression missileboat...lots of blitzing in, haha.
