is there a difference in the version mod kits? I am getting a GA2100-1A1 for Christmas and I have seen mod kits version 2, 3, 4. I want to make sure before I purchase I get the right one?
It looks so much better with the gen 2 with options of numerous colours rubber strap. I have to say both the green and black rubber straps looks awesome on the gen 2. Thanks

@@Gsyoku Yeah it's definitely more of a pain. Honestly love the gen1 bezel with the actual gshock logo on them the best myself but I like the look of the rubber straps for the gen 3 bezel.
Casio do make the worlds best watch without spending a fortune , I have never had one stop working . After 5 years of wear and tear you throw it out and buy a new one . Looks great .
My opinion is leaning towards the 2nd gen with the rubber strap. I do have both 2nd and 3rd but the 3rd gen bracelet clasp broke. So now I’m going to order another 2 nd gen for the rubber strap.
A guy came into the shop a few days ago saw the watch and said is that a CasiOak. He says no it's an Audemars Piguet Royal Oak some rare one with a read dial from 1980. Looked up the price of it $49000 or so. So yeah some people actually just wear there Royal Oaks around, and because of the massive prevalence of the CasiOak, I bet like me most people think its just a Casio. 🤣
Do you have to use the adapters? If the black strap can be fitted without adapters then why can't the green strap also just be directly connected to the case. Also I've heard of v2 damaging the casio watch, is this still happening?
Is it possible to use the strap assembly without the new face/bezel? Will it still line up? I want to get this but I don’t want the face, just throw strap assembly.

this is a bit silly... yes it's nice but at the end of the day it's a gshock. if you want, just go for the metal gm2100 g shock now as it's available. no need to lose our minds over these wannabe mods anymore. let's just make money and buy real APs :D and appreciate g shocks as they're made - resin or metal. typed with an all black ga2100 on.

Also fits smaller wrists much better because the gen 2 doesn't have the overhang problem

Great video, but you are dealing with G-Shock, the toughest watch there is. You don't need gloves
Having to constantly clean fingerprints while shooting alone isn't easy. Hence the gloves

Whats the lug to lug when used with the rubber strap? Does it protrude a lot?
The GA-2100 with a metal case looks just as good, if not better, than the AP. I won't even mention it's much more accurate than the AP as well.
Accuracy will be better ofcourse because the AP is an automatic

No I don't believe so, because it got damaged due to the bracelet being directly attached where as this version has a rubber strap

5600 has some smaller quick release, you can fit a bracelet from 5600 to 2100 bit is not recommended since you can damage the quick release's holes.

Meh the the gm2100 leaves alot to be desired, doesn't look as nice and the current colour variations are wak. ;P
