    Thanks doc. I just had this done 3 weeks ago in San Diego. Came off crutches today and hope to be out of the walking boot sometime down the road and back to my active lifestyle. Question. Approximately how Ling to see full recovery in most cases? Thanks.

    Why do you not do a minimally invasive procedure for this? I am going to go to Idaho theres a doctor there who does this minimally invasive and doesnt need to cut into the achilles.

      How was your surgery in Idaho?

    • @OffYourBackBJJ
      @OffYourBackBJJ 7 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      @@geom6886 I never had it done. I actually did a couple rounds of prp and actually started to stretch properly and whatnot and I have been ok. Keeping my calves loose has alleviated the issue though the spurs still exist they aren’t jagged.

    Hello DR Pelto. I am diagnosed with this Haglunds on my right foot and will get surgery in May. My question to you is does the anchors that are installed in to my heal dissolve like the stitches?
