I thought he was Luigi much like his last TAS playthrough on the N64 emulator...It wasn't until halfway through the game or near the beginning-middle of the video that I realized it was Boo who is Player 1 this whole time. So yeah, I was just as confused as you are.
I dont know nothing about TAS, but maybe you could have Toad landed on your space on the last turn, and win him in a duel for a Star ? He cannot bid 40 coins since he doesnt have any coin left. Just a suggestion, maybe it'll manipulate RNG otherwise idk

I remember them as well, but I can't find their videos or channel at all. Think they might have privated their videos or something along those lines, but can't be too sure.
No offense, but this one was really boring compared to the other ones, even the games I haven't played yet. It's nothing against you, it just seems like the same basic strategy is being used the whole board. I didn't finish the video, but I didn't see much of anything besides rolling 2 7's and making Luigi change Nighttime back into Daytime. Though it's probably because I'm not very fond of this board myself, which is a shame since it's the only one that has to be unlocked.
It's totally fine you feel that way. I pretty much did the same thing over and over during this TAS which allowed me to get a bunch of stars but I can understand that it may be boring to watch compared to the other ones. There are actually a couple of boards I really want to TAS but I'm worried about doing them since I would be doing the exact same thing every single turn! Although, doing so will allow me to get as many stars as possible but I worry that people will find them boring to watch so I've not bothered doing those boards yet. If I ever do those boards I may put a warning that gameplay will become very repetitive.

Great TAS, but I do feel bad for Luigi. He helped you out a lot, and you turned on him at the end 😂

The most important thing he did was landing on the ? Space near the clock to keep it during the daytime and prevent Bowser from showing up

Not even a CPU. I had to rewatch it, and he switched Luigi from a Brutal CPU to a human player at that point.
