There are seven windmills to control, each granting permanent control with one-hundred coins - thus having 420 coins constituted only part of his attempt to sieze each windmill for his own. I just thought it was funny to see that many coins at that point.

In Lucky Lineup the star in the center is your wild card and will essentially fill in whatever you have. Koopa shells give you 5 points; cherries give you 10; and lucky 7 is worth 50. By doing the math 400 is the maximum score on the 3×3 board by matching 7 in each group (all three columns, all three rows, both diagonals).
In the 1-vs.-3 Minigame Mathletes I wondered if it was actually possible to roll 6 * 6 and get 36 points. I thought that maybe if you rolled a 6 it would only be possible to roll a 4 at most with the other Dice Block. But apparently it is possible to get 36 coins out of this minigame which never occured to me.
I'd rather get 3 other same numbers while digging up 50 coins. Getting lucky 7's all the time is pretty neat, but it doesn't let Wario flex like when he destroys the ground with that pickaxe. (Also, it allowed him to get that beautiful coin count at the end.)
