The UEFA A Licence is a coaching licence mandated by UEFA, the official governing body of European football. The licence is one level below the UEFA Pro Licence and allows holders to be head coaches of youth teams up to age 18, reserve teams (also known as 'B' teams) for top-flight clubs, and men's professional second-tier clubs.

hi friend, please go to 14:39 and pause it to see how they were set up after the pass to the left wing. The red team right center midfield was kind of beaten by the pass and the right center back did not shift to cover for the right back. That blue player was originally taken by the red right back, so if the team shift to the right, the right center back should be the next person to step to that blue player.
