Hi Zaki, unfortunately, as far as I know, you need to be a member of one of the European Associations to be able to apply for the UEFA License Course. This suggests that you need to live in Europe to undertake the course.
This licence system was introduced in 1998. I wonder if an already experienced manager had to go and take the course? I can't imagine Sir Alex Ferguson, having just won the champions league need to go back to school.

Hi Tom. You should apply for the one in the association of the country you live in. However, keep in mind that it is quite pricey, and there is a lot of competition for the A License, so they may reject your application. Nonetheless, it's advisable to keep applying

How does this work in Spain? Seen somewhere that they do separate courses and then you apply to get uefa certified after completing?
