After falling out of love with a basic pocket planner this year, I've been trying a bullet journal, and while I love the concept, it can be so time consuming and can lead to procrastination - i.e. I end up planning more than doing! Excited to try digital planning, i think it could be the right fit for me!
Emily Ann yup, I feel the same way myself. I'm to the point where I keep a Master To-Do lists and Master Project List in a Word document. Then I just pull what I need to do from it daily and focus on those tasks until they are done. This eliminates a lot of repetition and distraction

I am currently doing a masters degree, too and whenever I need motivation to study or don't feel like studying , I watch one or a few of your videos. Not only are they helpful and relaxing, they never fail to motivate me to study! Thank you! Also, thanks to you and this video, I will try bullet journaling soon. I've always used a planner and only used about one third of it because I bought it for the pretty looks and because I could never find a planner that suits my needs
Love your videos! I too have struggled to find the best planning system for my personal needs. Your videos are so inspiring and remind me that the functionality of a system is much more important than decoration or what's trendy.
I found your channel today and I've been binge watching it since. I'm returning to study in September and I have to admit that it's a daunting prospect for me. This is a great video, I love how you show the different planners and how they can be used. I used a spiral bound planner and digital planner all through my undergrad degree, and I'm now doing the same for my Master's degree, and I cannot recommend it enough!
I have been working full time and recently have enrolled to university part time studies. I have been looking for best way possible to manage my time well and have good overview of my work and school tasks. You have the most helpful and detailed videos! I really appreciate all of the effort you clearly put into each of them. I especially love your planner and “adulting” videos. I’d love to see more! Also, I’m not sure if you have any videos like this (but I feel like you might already) but I would love to see a How to Stay Healthy During the Semester kind of video or a Sunday Night Routine. I find both of these topics very important but struggle with them, personally.

I’m just starting my bullet journal and I fell in love! I’m not the best at crafting but I find myself enjoying it.
I love that digital planner, but unfortunately don't have a tablet anymore. My last one broke, and I got a laptop. Actually got a Macbook Pro so planning to use your calendar blocking technique. Using the digital planner looks a lot better to use on a tablet. Thanks for your dedication to your TH-cam Channel and also your Goodreads group. I finished the July book, which I read pretty fast. It was hard to put down. Keep up the great work!

Thank you for the tips! I keep jumping back between digital and paper planning and can never decide on one so I kind of do a mix where "major" things are in my digital calendar shared with my fiance and the daily things I write down. However, the digital planner would completely change all that and do all of that for me!

I'm glad to be part of the giveaway! I love planning and I use a bujo but I find that I do a lot on my laptop, phone and my bujo. This means all my tasks are all over the place. A digital organizer might help

Planning has been such a love of mine for years now! I fell in love with so many types of planners and journals that I have a whole bookcase shelf dedicated to them! I have been trying bullet journaling for a while now but trying to make it perfect is not what it is about and after that, I stopped going after making it perfect and started to actually use it to plan and DO things. Not just plan.
However, I think it takes time to incorporate any type of journaling/planning system in your daily routine, so I fell out of bullet journaling (the way Ryder Caroll has explained in his introductory video) just a few weeks later.
Now I just use it whenever I feel like jotting things down and plan in the way I think will benefit me.
I am open to new minimalistic bullet journaling that won't take much of my time , and I love your bullet journaling - precisely because of that! :) I will, of course be modifying it according to my needs but I love it and I'll definitely give it a try :)
I am also open to digital planning - who knows? That might be my thing regarding planning projects and everything that needs planning :) We have to keep trying different stuff and see what works out for us , when it comes to tools for planning! Thanks! :) I enjoy your videos a lot :) They're to the point - without any other ranting and rambling and I love that it is free of that kind of clutter.

What is the application that you use in the video? I know the google planner but it doesn’t seem like the on. The weekly schedule is also google one?
I've decided to try bullet journalling in a falifax type of planner (I bought a simple version on etsy). I love being able to create spreads that fit to my needs, but I also love to have them nicely organized, which is difficult in an actual notebook, because you'll be restricting yourself. That's why I decided to try bullet journalling on loose papers in a small binder type, so I can put things together, without having to leave pages blank 😊
I find your videos very calming even though it’s a constant reminder of how disorganized I really am lol - entering 😅

After getting introduced to bullet journaling and wanting to start. I realized how time consuming it's going to be and how expensive and gave up on it. (Tho I do find it aesthetically pleasing and useful and enjoy those type of videos). But am more than happy that now it became more of a digital thing and hopefully I'll be able to start something like that.
