How to Make Mouhalabieh | Lebanese Milk Pudding

How to make MOUHALABIEH? On this video I show you how to make MOUHALABIEH!
Ingredients
480 ml whole milk
100 g caster sugar
3 tablespoons cornflour
2 teaspoons orange blossom water
Crushed pistachios
Method
In a saucepan put corn flour, dissolve in milk, add caster sugar and cook over medium heat until the mixture thickens. Leave cooling a bit, pour orange blossom flower water and whisk together.
Transfer to a bowl or individual dessert glasses and refrigerate to cool. Garnish with chopped pistachios.
