@@Rotive Oh sure, thanks! In Field service after making the service appointment the user creates a service report(PDF), would it be possible to make a flow that takes this pdf and sends it to the account contact email when the Service appointment status is completed?
@@thiagofernandes8596 Great idea! It is possible to do that. You would need the Send Better Email package from Unofficial SF. It will allow you to use the Send Better Email action in a flow that has an option for attaching document. Then you just need a record triggered flow with a Get Records to locate the specific PDF. I'll add it to our list of videos to make.
