Hello! I deployed this in my org. I added the scanner to a repeater, created a loop and a collection variable to collect the scans and feed them into a note. The note is then saved on my object will all the data. However, I am having a hard time creating a line break between the data. How would I do so?
Hey Brian, great video. I’m thinking about mailing contacts physical mail with QR code. Once the QR code is scanned to create an opportunity and assign to a sales agent. What do you think, is this doable? Should this be on the contact, account or campaign?
Hey Mo! Always good to get a question from you. This is a cool idea. Who is doing the scanning? Is it your customer that is scanning the QR code or are you scanning a response they send in? If it's an internal person that scans it, I would use the Account ID in the QR Code and then have the screen flow create the opportunity once the user clicks confirm. If it's a customer that scans it, we'll have to do quite a bit more work. You could potentially create a Public Flow on an Experience Cloud site that create the opportunity for the prospect, but you'll need to figure out what content you want to show the prospect when they scan it.
I don't believe so. In this example, they're just a URL representing a bit of data encoded visually. Even if the QR code design changed. The original one would still compute to the same bit of data.
Awesome, just implemented this for the first of potentially many use cases. Thank you!
Fantastic!

how can we add payment details inside qr code for customers to make payments?
Great video Brian🎉 I had a doubt when I was scanned it show me the total details page how to do this.
Hey Arun, I'm not sure what you're asking. Sorry! Would you mind rephrasing? Where are you running into trouble?
Hi Brian, great video! Do you know whether this can be installed in a Sandbox Org?
Yep, shouldn't be an issue.
Great Idea! Thanks for this.😀
Thank you for the idea, Jim! :D
Could you do a video on the input validation (Formula) part?
I'm not sure I understand. Did you want more detail on how the QR code formula works or something else?

You're welcome!
Fantastic.
Thank you! Cheers!
Generated QR codes expire?
I don't believe so. In this example, they're just a URL representing a bit of data encoded visually. Even if the QR code design changed. The original one would still compute to the same bit of data.
How Do I use this on a computer instead of a phone has any one got this to work yet?
