This is a great video - Thank you. Unfortunately we are unable to disable Advanced currency management. Is there a way around this, please?

One of the best things about Salesforce is how you can extend and customize it with custom objects and automations.

Can you build a flow to track all the task and events in account object in salesforce

Activities (Tasks and Events) typically already roll up to the account. I don't think you'll need a Flow unless you're trying to relate the activity to an account that's different than the account related to the contact referenced in the activity.

Love this video. Looking for a way to do this, but still doubting wether to create a custom object like this, or to use the product revenue schedule. I could also extend that object so it includes status, due date etc. What is the benefit of creating a custom object?

This is always a good thing to think through. To build a custom object or not. I personally would create a custom object because Product Schedules are tied to Line Items. Most payments/invoices I deal with aren't really tied to an individual product. They usually pay for multiple line items at once, so I'd rather tie that record to the Opportunity directly. Your situation may be different though.

can you please do an video on custom invoice and how it can be used to simplify the invoicing in business. I believe that we cannot access invoice in sales cloud. It would be really helpful !

I like the idea. Could you help me understand what you're looking for? Are you just wanting a record to track when you sent an invoice manually or are you wanting to generate an email or PDF to send as an invoice?

I followed the video, but I don't have the "NEW" button on the object? How do I create the NEW button on the custom object?

Make sure you have permissions to create records for this object. You can also check the page layout of the related record to see if the New button is included in the related list for your custom object.
