Hi Tim, thank you for your video showing the new features on the Yolobox Mini. I would like to use the Yolobox Mini to encode and connect directly to a ZOOM call (ie very low latency conneciton with my client). Will this be possible in future upgrades? Using a mini keyboard connected into the USB port, could I access email to click on a ZOOM link? Or do you know who I can talk to in Yolobox to ask the same? Thanks in advance Paul

Hey Tim, I have just come across your channel, and was super excited to see a video showing mobile tethering to the Atem Mini Pro. I was originally leaning towards getting a Yolobox, then started heading towards the Atem Mini Pro and after your tethering video was thinking that's the way... then I saw this video... what are your thoughts between the two. I am live streaming sports, which I have been doing though camerafi as I can create a scoreboard and run it though the app... I am wanting to use a hardware encoder to help with streaming. I would appreciate any thoughts on direction from here. Thanks, Matt

Tim, what is the best device to use with the mini for the most reliable celllular transmission? Phones will work, obviously. But is there a far more effective transmission unit to go to social media platforms from remote locations?

Hey Alleghany. It depends entirely on the local environment but by order of preference wired internet would always be the most reliable if available, then wifi then cellular. However, if it’s an event with a lot of people, the wifi can get flooded with handshake packets very quickly. Cell towers can also be overwhelmed depending on location, number of people etc. I might make a quick video on this.
What I should note is that the yoloboxes have cellular built in- just add a SIM card and away you go

I have just seen a video which introduced me to the Speedify app. I have yet to try, but it can gather multiple sources to create a more robust streaming signal. You could have 2 x phones or mobile hotspots on different service providers and it will take both and add them together to give better upload speeds. I hope it works as well as what they have described
