    Thanks for ur videos. Sir our building is going for redevelopment and there are 5 pvt garages with commercial electrical meter and also paying separate maintenance charges. What garages owner gets in redevelopment and sell out. Pls reply.

      If they are part of society and in redevelopment having provision they yes as like new home garage having same as per agreement

      No if long term you can get min 10 to 12 % returns subject to selection of MF and change as per financial advisor

    Mera questio ye hai new flat ke liye builder 125000 par 18gst aur mantence ke lite 31000 par 18%gst gst se bachne ke liya karna hoga agar cash denge to cash par gst lagega
