    Very helpful information, we're also struggling with same issues, where total no. of flats 34 , biggest is double size, and smallest is half size in sq ft.

    Totally wrong though.. First you should understand the concent of maintenance. What are the things you cover under maintenance. Suppose if you are collecting for water say in 1bhk 5ppls staying and in 3 bhk only 3 ppls whose consumption will high any why should 3bhk ppls need to pay more..

      Then you need to count using liters of water to clean your pichwada( buttock) in toilet when someone's stomach is upset & loose motions are there

    Sir, I have a gala of 155 sq ft in service industrial estate, but all other gala size is between 550 sq ft to 650 sq ft,
    3 Galas are approximately 1150 square feet.
    I appeal to the society to charge service charges on the basis of square feet, but the society charges on the basis of equal square feet, this is injustice, what should I do?

    If in a single building 2bhk area is 1200 sq ft & 1bhk area is 700 sq ft.
    If we do monthly Maintenance calculation Rs 2 per sq ft. Then for 2bhk=2400, & 1bhk= 1400. Then is it right? Because difference is RS 1000/-

    सर हमरा एक सवाल हैं..हमारे सोसायटी मे 1 फ्लोअर पे 6 फ्लॅट हैं...उसमे 2bhk के 4 औंर 1bhk के 2...एरिया 2bhk का 694.95 sqrft, 588.04 sqrft एरिया 1bhk 356.23
    2bhk को पर sqrft 6.91 औंर 1 bhk को 12.54 पर sqrft चार्ज किया...क्या ये जायज हैं...almost 1 bhk डब्बल चार्जेस पे कर रहे हैं...आपकी सलाह क्या होगी..प्लीज बताईये.

    Mera opinion aur experience.
    1 bhk/ 2 bhk mey 6/7 person hey.... Toh water use jyada rahega. Rent pr owner dete hey. Jyada chhote flat hey rent pr person jayada.
    3 bhk mey only 2 aged person / single hey toh water use kam rahega. Rent pr dete hi nahi.
    Mey secratory reh chuka hu...
    Mere pass e proposal written mey aya tha 1 bhk. Ki taraf se.
    Mene denied kiya tha with reason.

    Ghar bandh rahta hai jyada time ghar me ek vykti rahta hai to maitenante kitna ho sakta hai

    Builders should also charge according to per flats n not according to flat area .....there should b single rule universal rule ....koi ek hi rule hona chahiye either per flat or per sq feet .... Wat rule the builder follows while selling flats dat should b same for collection of maintenance

    Common sense ,,,, maintance is if common area where all are equal beneficiary being equal right means charges must not on area wise .

    सर एक मेंबर के सोसायटी में तीन फ्लैट्स है
    एक में पहला नाम खुद का और दूसरा पत्नी का,दूसरे और तीसरे में पहला नाम पत्नी का और दूसरा खुद का।
    तो तीनों फ्लैट्स में वोट कितने होंगे।
