    Sir agar oc k bina builder ne possession dediya hai to uss case me maintenance charges laga sakta hai kya builder?

    Sir builder ne OC CC nahi Diya aur temporary committee banayi society temporary handover kar di hai aisa bol raha hai but temporary society certificate Diya hai ab maintenance Dena hai ya nHi , share certificate, coveyance deed nahi hua , oc cc nahi aayi 3 year hogye to maintenance nahi de rahe hum committee ko to kya committee ham log pe action le saktey ,

    Sir builder ne flat ka possession de Diya hai. Abhi OC aur CC baki hai. Common facilities ka kaam adha hua hai. Kuchh flats unsold hai. Rera me extension le liya hai. Builder ne flat owners se Rs.1 lakh advance maintenance kuch se liya hai aur kuch ke baki hai. Builder baki advance maintenance mang Raha hai to hame Dena chahiye? Ya hume society bana k usme Dena chayiye?

    Maintenance cost is not mentioned in the construction agreement ..only corpus amount is mentioned in the agreement..is it ok

    sir maine oct 2020 me flat liya tha aur maine 49000 amt pay kiya tha as a maintenance par apr 2021 me society handover hua but builder ke pass mere 38000 hai par de nahi raha hai kya kare??thanks for the help

    Sir humara 1278 sq fit ka plot hai. 2 sal ho gaye hai lekar. Sale deed karna hai... aur Agreement mai likha tha 55000 dena hai one time jab tak society firm nahi hoti usse pehle.... Ab keh rahe hai 92000 dena padega... Ye sahi hai? Pls btaiye sir

    Maine 2014 me re-sale me Rahul Talwar se ak plot liya tha jo Sanfran ashok city me hai.
    Registry me likha hai ki unhone possession de diya . Par unhone sanfran se possession registry me to liya hai par kuchh bakaya hai un par bo kabhi liya hi nahi .
    Jis karan ab sanfran ab mujh se ReRa -2016 ka habala dekar
    Transfer charge +
    possession charge +
    holding charge (5Rs / squre feet )+
    24 % interest .
    Mag raha.
    Mujhe kya karna chahiye. ?

    Builderne sare paise dene ke bawjud sales deed apane wife ke naam rakha hai.mai flat me rahati hu..
    Nagar parishad me flat builder ke wife ke naam hai,lekin builder ne possession letter de diya hai

    Offer of possession received in 2019 but due to financial problem, I got registry in Jan 2021. I got the handover in May 2021.
    When the maintenance will start in this case.

    नये मकान के लिये अगर oc certificate builder ने पेहले लिया होगा और हमने फ्लॅट का possession उसके kuch महिने बाद लीया होगा तो इस केस मैं हमें मेंटेनन्स चार्जेस कबसे लागू होगा.. oc receiving date से या पझेशन के date se?

    Sir abhi tak mere flat ke building ka oc nahi aaya hai or na hi society bana hai 24 months ka already builder maintenance charge flat purchase time le liye tha.
    Abhi 3 years ho gaya flat ka key liye hue abhi 1 year ka maintenance ka bill de diya hai maintenance paid karna hoga kya please reply de sir total 2 building ka 132 flat wale pareshan hai bill dekh ke.

      Yes . You have to give but give in written application to hand over society within a month or not to pay next maintenance. Pl prepare all documents

    Aur society form Aug 2022 main hua thi
    Lekin builder ne maintenance, corpus aur society liya hain jan 23 main
    To ye sub refund milega kya

    Sir,our society is under litigation. 2019 main keys to mil gayi, par registration abhi tak nahi hua.

    Sir me 5th floor pe Retha hu. Or building me koi lift use nahi karta. agar me srif me lift use karonga to month ka kitna bill ayega plz batye. Din me 8 time use Karo to. Hyderabad

    My society maintenance is 2500 per month and they have increased maintenance by 1500 so total is 4000 . Which is not acceptable by me as I can't afford to pay so much maintenance car parking is extra.
    Is there any rule where I can tell them to not to increase so much money . We have less members in society there are total 12 flat and 4 shop and most of them have 2 flats so due to which decision is alway on there side in voting.

    I am paying my maintenance charges regularly but previous owners has defaulted payment and society is asking that default payment from me and i am not ready to pay it. They not providing basic regular service and charging penalties on my months maintance charges. What I need to do now?

      Society is clearly behaving a roadside goon. Stand up to them & tell them NO on their face. Never tolerate society's dadagiri.

      Yes society is right , Because before taking this house you should be required to collect no dues from society. So post you purpose what ever dues belong to yours
