Do you have any advice about computer monitors and which are best for the eyes? There are IPS, VA and MVA panels. Is any brand best? Some like BenQ ans Asus tout that their monitors have Eye Care Thanks
I honestly haven't researched this but most of the time eye care simply means dimming the monitor. That is not always helpful as it can increase eye strain. Usually blocking blue light is the better approach for that in my opinion
@@HolisticVisionCoach OK, most of them have the blue light blocking so that's good. My current old samsung has none and it's killing my eyes. I'll just spring for a Viewsonic or BenQ
You can always use Vivarays blue blocking glasses, they come as convenient cliips on's in orange and red for evening and you can get them in prescription too. bit.ly/VivaRays-Claudia-YT

Surely "structured water" is more than water that's mucilagenated with chia or flax or any such? OK, maybe not surely, but -- ?
