One of the things I've been doing lately to quell the panic I'm feeling over a very unhealthy situation I'm in is to watch your videos and remind myself that I'm not alone.

Not believing everything you think, amen to that. Nutrition and exercise will modulate your mood/happiness like 200%. A lot of people don't give their bodies the love they need. Our bodies are literally protein machines made to do work, period. It's only hard initially, after a while that discipline turns into habit, turns into something you eventually enjoy. If I'm not training / working out , I ABSOLUTELY get depressed.

GREAT tips! I love the tip to not believe everything we think. Our brains are wired for automatic negative thoughts, but that doesn't mean we are stuck with them! We can rewire our brains to do exactly what you mentioned here. Thanks for sharing! :)

Nurturing reminders of how to treat ourselves. For thos of us in recovery from past trauma, like relationships, addiction, and for thos wanting to embrace more discoveries, these are kind reminders for daily living. Thanks Stephanie and best wishes to us all.

I agree - start with 5 minutes because that's doable. Honestly, that's how I started - I started reading daily readers for a few minutes before doing anything else and that helps me start the day off right. Thanks Stephanie, another great video!

I love this video. I noticed lately I haven't been exercising like I use to. I eat fairly healthy but I still feel depleted and so exhausted all the time. I will get back to being active. Thank you for talking about how important it is for us to put ourselves first.

This is what I needed to hear in this moment. I've been feeling stressed and tired and need to find time for myself to recharge. I also get caught up in the end goal sometimes and just need to be proud and greatful of where I'm at. I like the feeling of when I'm working at something.

I use my God-given gifts of creativity and work on something. I wear makeup. Those that left me behind- well its their loss!

Hi Miss Stephanie! Your videos are amazing! You just don't know how you have helped me. I wished I've watched you years ago but I am still forever grateful knowing you are there. I don't want to be selfish, I would love to lovingly share and promote your videos if it will be okay with you. I want to create a page just to help people in need, people who are mentally and emotionally tortured. I just don't know yet how but if it is okau with you I will find a way. I was one of those people who are suffering from depression, anxiety, stressed, all negative life situations. Now I have learned to stand my ground, I am a NEW ME, who don't feel guilty to set boundaries.

There’s systemic issues also. I mean there’s systems working against and fighting certain people, always, all day, and it’s always present. It’s not always as simple as just relaxing, when they (the systems) are trying to take your home, job, safety, rights, children, food, opportunities, relationships, quality of life, etc. Time is crucial.

I’m feeling lonely and I want a partner and it’s ok. I stopped telling myself “ you don’t need anyone to make you happy” because true I don’t but It’s something that i always wanted because i love companionship. I’m really tired of ppl trying to convince single women that they don’t need a partner. It’s ok to wait and need that. Doesn’t mean that i don’t love myself.

It's amazing to me that there are people on this planet that have very low to no self-awareness in how they treat others.
One minute they seem "normal" and the next interaction you have with them, they are mean, harsh, cruel or unkind. I realize because healthy, normal people are not like that, it takes you off guard.
I do not associate with these types of individual. On purpose, my interaction is extremely limited with strong boundaries in place. It's like they have a deficit in their brain. And of course, no apology because they have no recall of how they just treated you or another person. Very unstable. I call this the crazies.
As one person commented on here...
"When a person shows you who they are, believe them!"
Just needed to share knowing others deal with this from time to time.
And what puts salt on the wound as they say...They confess to be a Christian. No wonder people get a negative attitude about Christians because they have had this type of experience with them...so sad and so dysf.

Can you please make video on pets. I'm stuck in toxic relationship because I can't leave my two dogs because I love them so much. They are my life. Believe it or not. They are like my children. I can't leave them. I can't take them w me either because he can give them way better life. My living situation and financials will be unstable and it's not fair to them. So how can I move on with this?? How can I stay with someone toxic and detach. I don't know what else to do. I can't leave my dogs.
