My life has forever changed after finding your videos in March 2020. I have suffered from anxiety my entire life. With the advice and knowledge of how to recognize my good and bad thoughts and where they come from has been mind blowing. I am now able to feel my anxiety as it starts and coach myself through it. I am more aware if my true self and learning how to honour her.
Being grounded, peaceful and at ease is my goal.
I no longer seek out toxic people. Quality people are now interested in me. I love and accept myself. I am amazing.
Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.
A forever changed no longer codependent
    Sandi (from Canada)

I suffer intense social anxiety....I'm frightened of my reaction when I meet people...it's gotten worse...I have no idea how to stop it...I have tried everything...Everything...I'm going to give Stephanie a red hot go...if her videos dont help...I'll then try hypnotize....if that dont work..I'm done,I'm staying home forever....it's too hard....and I'm 50 years old...I'm so so tired of trying...but I know I'll be very unhappy nothing helped....but that's life.
Sometimes we just have to accept we cant get better

Thank you very much this is exactly rhe issue. Not run to someone else for validation or when something bad or unexpected happens exactly now, 4 months after going no contact and the ex narc is stalking and smearing lying and flying monkeys are airborne. How to keep the calm, soothe anxiety and validate myself. Reason and comfort myself I never did that started already in a difficult familysituation as a child. Making myself invisible pleasing others. My pain was irrelevant. It feels like a big test now this time after the narc. Its not easy for all of us survivors and empaths. But we hold our ground and listening to your advice we will get though this on our way to a happy life 🙏🏻 Thank you Stephanie 🙏🏻

I’ve been the best girlfriend to all of my friends concerning their feelings, but when it’s came to me and my needs, I have not done a darn thing to validate myself. Or be that friend.
To unlearn the coping skills I have been using and leaning on since I was a child is crushing and painful- but so much freedom in knowing that I am not wrong, but healing from hurt and becoming the me I have always longed for.
Thank you for the information and encouragement! Very helpful, as always.

You are right with everything that you are saying. It is terrible when a person gets caught up in an abusive relationship. It is good that you are out here coaching people. It is so hard to understand that there are people who have no problem mistreating people.

My God, it just clicked! Thank you Stephanie!! You just encapsulated and made practical for me the purpose of living in the present moment - and in a much deeper sense - the practice of spiritual awakening and learning to “know thyself,” as is said.
I’ve discovered that by allowing and acknowledging my feelings, I’m placed instantly in the present moment. I’ve also discovered that it’s only from this space that I’m able to detach, as you say, and recognize that who I am is far greater than my thoughts, feelings, and perceptions.
It’s the fourth step you describe that I feel I’ve been truly enlightened. Having practiced the first three steps for a few years now, and despite experiencing some deep insights into the nature of my ‘self’ and the world, something’s held me back from experiencing liberation from my mind. The way you explained the process of becoming one’s own parent or best friend made me recognize how judgmental and unkind I’ve been to myself at times. As I said, something just clicked and I think I can finally grasp the concept of love having the power to heal all. By learning to fully love ourselves, flaws and all, we become free to offer the same to others without obligation or judgement. Individually, if enough people do the work, the collective wounds of society can heal. It’s that simple, (not easy, but simple.)
One more thing; I just had an epiphany! I’m not religious, but I do believe in the idea that we’re all divine beings sharing a divine purpose. Christians are taught the two great commandments are to love God with heart, mind and soul, and to love one’s neighbor as oneself. It makes sense to me now. If we’re truly all divine, the most important thing we can do in this world is learn to love ourselves, and if we do that perfectly, we become entirely self- responsible and loose all capacity to find fault in others. We recognize “they” are just like us. We’re all the same. We’re all one.
I didn’t intend to share this much or get all spiritual, but what you said opened my mind and I had to write it out.
I’ve commented before that you have a real gift for what you do. Having the insight today confirms that fact for me. Thank you so much for sharing so openly!

This is such a wonderful start for anybody, but especially for me- who is trying sincerely to come out of a physically abusive, alcohol fuelled relationship with my narcissist wife- as a more confident, stronger, more capable and rational adult.
For our childrens sake, as well as my own sake. The three of us are rallying around eachother right now, and i wont be able to keep them properly filled with the validation and love they need until i learn to validate and love myself.
Im also beginning to learn how to give myself a break, and hopefully one day be able to show myself the same empathy i am so quick to offer my loved ones.
I am forever in your debt, @Stephanie Lyn Coaching!

Stephanie, I sometimes don’t know what I would do without your videos. This is exactly my struggle. I’m codependent and working to get better, but I fall down those rabbit holes sometimes and I always fear it because I don’t even know how it happens. In those times I usually am stuck until I can get those 4 things from my ex who I am still codependent on. This video has made me realize I am probably missing what my thoughts are actually saying when I start feeling worse and worse. And I definitely do that thing where I unconsciously don’t validate my own feelings, because I get resistant when I start feeling bad.

I was that girl, trying to call my dad in hopes he could talk me out of hurting myself. Just this morning that dark hole tried to swallow me up. And when he didn’t pick up I got so scared because I didn’t know what I would do to myself. But something drew me back to you, and I found this video that I probably saved weeks ago. I finally decided to watch it, and I know now that I have the strength to go through this alone. Because it was you who taught me the skills to believe in myself and keep pushing. I want to do that for myself and I want to thank you for reminding me of my purpose.

Your videos have helped me heal so much, i know I am not completely healed and I won't be for a very long time, but just getting out of this kind of relationship , I had ptsd, and i didn't think that was even possible , and i never got an apology from him,he always blamed me , and i never got closure, so I was broken up, was it me, what did I do, ext. And watching your videos helped me soooooo much, I understand so much more, and it was never me , my mom kept telling me it could have been any girl, I was just the one in sight for him, i always thought it was ME because im so introverted, and he saw how it made me feel... how i got scared being around his JUDGMENTAL AND VERY RACIST friends and fsmily, so i was suuper shy and nervous around them, and he used that against me all the time . And he even tried to " fix" me, him and his mom was so obsessed to "get me out of my shell " and im like uhh,,, who says im in a shell ?? Maybe I am just a quiet tea spring book reader in the corner by nature, whats wrong with that ?? But because I wasnt like THEM who liked to show off , and please people and be fake, they tried to FIX me, and i was always to blame... so... i always thoight... maybe if I wasnt who I am... maybe if I was the bubbly girl he always wants me to be, he would have not discarded me.. but it was never me. It was always him. And now I know that thanks to your in depth videos ! Thank you so much !

      Hi Stephanie,
I just watched your video about projection because my mom I feel like does this! And it's more like she thinks I will forget to do stuff! When in fact I have a good memory! Told my someone about it and he said it's projecting!! Soooo I wanna know how do I deal with this stuff! Also she worries about who I text and how much! I've learned my lesson and I've been socially aware on it!!:)

Thanks, right on time. I had an issue with someone yesterday. This should help me work through this.

Can you please share some tips on visualisation and how we can do it ourselves to keep our motivation up? Please.
