If a little girl opens a stall door and sees someone's genitals, either the woman in the stall should make sure she locks the door or the little girl should stop opening locked doors. Also most trans women would probably not want urinals? There are no urinals in the woman's bathroom for a reason. The whole genital thing would be more accurate in the men's bathroom, since it actually has urinals.
Urinals need to be out of bathrooms period- or at least put actual stalls around them sobbing. Even if I WAS born cis, I would not want to use the urinals they're so??? Awkward?? I do not want to look at anyone when I pee sorry?
With that being said, bathroom stalls also need some kind of upgrade, because the gap between the door and the wall is almost always huge and it's super creepy smh.

I spent two days discussing with someone. They asked what "cisgender" meant, so I explained, and as they grew more confused, I had to explain the difference between trans and cis. They got mad when I mentioned that what they were saying in response was transphobic, and told me that I wasn't a believer in science if I thought being transgender was a real thing.

It made me happy when you listed out the extended LGBT+ letters and included asexual. So many times I've had people tell me asexuals aren't allowed to be included. Either they leave out the A entirely or, to me even more frustrating, they insist the A stands for allies.
Allies are by definition with the group but not part of it, so you're saying people who are explicitly not included are included in order to justify excluding me?
Asexuals aren't oppressed enough to be part of the movement, according to some people. And I completely get that the discrimination asexual people face is not in the same league as the persecution that trans people and gay people face, and I don't want to take their place in the spotlight, but it's not *nothing*. All we want is acknowledgement that we also *exist*.
I think the biggest reason people argue this is that ace people have their own separate organizations. It's kind of like intersex people. They aren't inherently LGBT, but they could also identify with that. Idk what to think, honestly, but that's the reasoning behind it. I don't think it's intentionally exclusive or invalidating your identity. It's just saying that being ace isn't about your gender or being attracted to the same gender. It's about not experiencing attraction in the first place, which isn't inherently gay... does that make sense? But I think if you identify with the LGBT community, you should be free to use the term as you please.
I'm sorry, but being gay is not the same as being asexual. People don't get kicked out of their homes and rejected by their families for being asexual. You don't get beaten in the street for being asexual. There are no laws targeting asexual people. Asexuals are not executed in Iran and Saudi Arabia. They aren't tortured and murdered in Chechnya. I'm a gay man, asexuals have nothing what so ever to do with me or my sexuality and I don't appreciate them clinging on like a turd that just wont leave your sphincter.

I was addressing the assertion - as I understood your original comment - that asexual people are to be excluded because we aren't abused or discriminated against. That is untrue. We may not experience every form of abuse that gay or trans people do, but there *is* discrimination and against asexual people including, for some, horrendous things such as rape. I never said no-one else is also targeted with the same crime, so I'm not sure what your point is about lesbians.
And even for those of us who thankfully were not victims of such crimes, many of us do experience difficulties and suffering as a result of our sexuality.
But now you say it's not about that, it's about asexuality being fundamentally in a different category to every other minority sexuality, to the extent that it is more different from being gay than being gay is from being trans. I disagree, but I don't have an unquestionable factual argument against it. I consider that to be a matter of opinion, on which you are entitled to disagree. Perhaps I should have explicitly mentioned that I wasn't addressing or trying to contradict that aspect of your argument. But you focused mainly on the other, and so I did likewise.
TL;DR: please make up your mind whether this is the oppression olympics or not.

dude when i was really little my dad would take me in the men’s bathroom if my mom couldn’t take me and it was never a big deal if there were guys at the urinal or smth. it’s really not that big of a deal which bathroom someone goes in as long as that’s where they feel comfortable.
I always used to use the men's restroom with my mom when there was a long line in the women's, and it was always empty (people with penises pee faster, so men's bathrooms tend to have much faster lines than women's and are usually around the same size- just one more way the world is designed for cis men) But yeah it was fine. No one has ever bothered one of us for it or even cared in the slightest. We are all just people who need to pee.
I am trans but not out and had a friend who was trans. I told my mother so that she could respect him bc shes usually good with that stuff except she didnt respect him and continued to deadname him and misgender him. One day after I nearly got outed by a psychiatrist my mother and I were speaking to she asked me "would you tell me if you wanted to change sexes like *ex friends deadname* because 'she' never told 'her' mother and I would want you to tell me". I told her no, I wouldn't and to this day it's my favourite transphobic thing a person has said.

I've decided to respond anyway with some resources and evidence of non binary, trans, and intersex (though somewhat unrelated, but an important argument against the "X and Y" chromosome bullshit), and even asexual stuff in the bible.

Saint Euphrosyne was assigned female at birth, and lived as a man.
Saint Galla was a woman with a full beard.
Saint Joan of Arc (Jeanne D'Arc, or Jehanne) (c. 1412 - 1431) led an army of French peasants against the English during the Hundred Years War. Although she exclusively chose to wear masculine dress and hairstyle, this was not a disguise, and she made no secret that she was assigned female at birth. She told her ally, Prince Charles, that God had commanded her to dress in this way. Charles stood by her side, until after her victory, she was captured by the Burgundians, who called her homasse ("man-woman"). The French nobility betrayed her by offering no ransom for her, so she was sold to the English. Henry VI, the King of England, referred to Deuteronomy 22:5 as a reason for the Inquisitors of the Church to condemn her. Initially the Inquisitors tried her for witchcraft, but dropped that charge due to lack of evidence, and condemned her for cross-dressing instead. Her judges claimed they gave her the choice to either give up cross-dressing, to face a sentence of life in prison on bread and water, or to be executed if she again wore men's clothing. She chose men's clothing of her free will. The court records show that cross-dressing, based on Deuteronomy 22:5, was the actual charge for which she was burned alive at the stake. In her history book, Transgender Warriors, the genderqueer activist Leslie Feinberg (1949 - 2014) argues that the historical evidence shows that this saint was not just a warrior woman who took up armor for practicality, but was genuinely transgender, and the court documents about her refer to local peasants' beliefs that her gender variance was sacred in and of itself, which was part of why the Catholic Church saw her as so threatening to its power. Joan was popularly accepted as a saint for centuries, until finally being canonized in 1920. Saint Joan is patron of France, martyrs, captives, prisoners, soldiers, military personnel, and people ridiculed for their piety.

Saint Margarita was assigned female at birth, and lived as a man.
Saint Marinus (also called Maria, Marina, or Marius) was a priest who was assigned female at birth, and lived as a man. German scholar Herman Usener (1834 - 1905) pointed out that since Marina was also a name of Aphrodite, so this saint may have represented survival of the pre-Christian tradition of religious cross-dressing in honor of the goddess Aphrodite of Cyprus.

Saint Wilgefortis is often shown as with one shoe off, and a fiddler. Legend says a silver shoe miraculously fell from her statue to help this poor pilgrim.
Saint Wilgefortis (also called Saint Uncumber, Saint Librata, or other names) was a woman with a full beard. She's thought not to be a historical figure, but a folklore figure. She had prayed to make herself unappealing to a pagan Portuguese king who wanted to marry her, and her prayer was answered by the miraculous growth of her beard. In retaliation, the pagan crucified her. Saint Wilgefortis is the patron of women who wish to be freed from abusive husbands

Basically there's this passage that says they were not designed to reproduce and are holy beings outside of human understanding.
So also... people who believe ace people should still marry and have sex despite not feeling that attraction are wrong in the Bible too because... angels ^.^ Tbh idk what I believe. I'm just pointing out what the scripture says. That last article is cool bc it also says God is nonbinary and that Adam was supposedly intersex before God removed Eve from him..... sooooooo idk. Maybe take some time to research before being angry at some random person on the internet for having read a few more verses than you or for interpreting them differently. The Catholic church officially believes that angels are nonbinary, so thank you, random person whose comment disappeared, for yelling at an enormous sect of Christianity because you haven't taken the time to do your reading. Also like could you chill? Nonbinary people exist and there's nothing you can do about it. Why not relax and appreciate the amazing diversity of God's creation as you would see it? They exist, therefore, they must have been created, according to your beliefs. Maybe ponder on that before deciding you hate people without understanding them.
PS: Please also study the science behind it. If the biblical stuff is important to you, great, but taking the time to research the science is important too, because it will support the validity of these biblical ideas even more and could help change your mind.
PPS: Xenophobia and Transphobia are gross. Please stop spreading hatred in your life and take a second to evaluate whether your treatment of others is harmful in any way, whether it implies guilt ("I love you despite the sin that will send you to hell") or invalidity ("You are lying to yourself") or really anything negative. Those things you may say out of "genuine concern" are actually passive aggressive and harmful. I would suggest attempting acceptance over tolerance and silence over judgement. Sinners can't judge, as the bible says. He who has not sinned may throw the first stone. He who has not sinned will never throw a stone.
Okay. Done now. Sorry to have to use scripture to back up a totally valid identity. I would support nonbinary and trans people no matter what the bible said bc the science says they are real and they say they are real. That is plenty of evidence that they are valid and exist. Also people's identities are personal, so like who am I and who is anyone else to claim someone's identity is invalid when there is no way to understand their experience? People don't stop believing in God because you don't believe Christians exist. People don't stop liking red because you are colorblind. People don't stop speaking Spanish because you can't understand the language...... So yeah... again, sorry for the rant.
