Greece right now has almost 200 fighters. And 70 on order. But they plan to retire many older planes. They maintain a modern and rather large military for their size because of their nemesis, Turkey. I know all this because I'm Greek and follow this stuff.

And, needless to say, 3D animation software can do this. But this way it will be tedious work, also extremely CPU and RAM hungry, so using programming language to generate such visualizations is the speediest way. Of course, learning how to do this isn't speedy at all.

@Sachith Kn , Nato ranks its airforce in yearly exercises and Greece is almost always at the top in Nato, and as for Israel it is known that they have probably the best airforce in the world. Many American airforce pilots have been quoted saying they wouldn't want to fight and Israeli pilot. And BTW Greece and Israel both train together.
