Can you control who you sell to? If you have a sketchy buyer can you cancel the order?

yes you can cancel the order, but dont rely on ebay to advise you they are brain-washed to tell you to sell sell sell and will give you bad advise 1/2 the time, like i said in the video, low cost items i will run the risk but for expensive items that have a high scam chance i will pick who i sell to
