    Very nice! Love the video on older cars. Seems like all anyone is ever concerned with is brand new cars. I appreciate this video and your channel! Plz make more.

    I have the 06 version of this car. 140k miles. Just had new wheel bearings and radiator installed. Other than brake pads and water pump that’s all it’s needed. The 06 has tube running boards and tube roof rack. I have a pioneer nav system and just installed LED headlight, turn signal and interior bulbs. They were an easy upgrade. Night vision is waaaaay better and the interior seems more modern and bright.

    Great review! I like that you do some good research on the vehicles you review. One small thing i noticed in this review that would help for rear visibility would be to highlight the two little convex mirrors on the back pillars by the hatch. They're a real life saver for backing out of a parking spot or driveway and seeing cars or kids coming from either side. In the age of backup cameras in every car, I think it's a pretty neat feature for a 15 year old SUV.
    Also, who originally bought a 2WD Sport with the V6?? I get if you wanna tow with the V8, but.... I just don't get some people lol

    I agree that the 4th was better looking. I lucked out and got one in great shape. A bit of sun damage and never refitted for the vinyl dash recall but those are the only two problems. 100k mileage and runs smoothly.

    Actually looked into getting one of these for my brother, but it was difficult to find one in good condition with decent mileage due to the high resale!

    tres bonne voiture, elle repond aux criteres que j'ai souvent recherche sur une voiture : robustesse - confort - tenue de la route - 4x4 - spaciosite - j'aimerai bien l'avoir ici meme au cameroun.

    Rear differential of my 2005 4Runner broke which has only 98000 miles on it (in New Jersey). I took it to the Toyota dealership, they said its not worth it to repair because the chassis is rusted and it is dangerous to drive this vehicle, and the chassis is not repairable, and it can not be salvaged. This was my main car of the family, I made many long trips with the family in this one. Do I have any course of action, If anybody know, please tell me.

    Why did the following year go from 245 to a 236 HP engine?

    • @CameronsCarReviews
      @CameronsCarReviews  6 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      tigergreg8 Midcycle refresh, but it doesn’t always necessarily mean in increased power. Toyota improves emissions the following year which resulted in reduced power. Same thing that happened to the 2005 Camry.

      Thanks, I'm may go after an 06 4Runner tomorrow that has 63000 miles on it. They want 13750 and I want to pay 13400. I may go for 13500. Any thoughts? Sport model
