    It blows me away that they don't sell a lot more of these. I mean, it's in large part due to Cadillac's lack of marketing, but still... After seeing some very positive reviews, I went and test drove a 2017 2.0t AWD Luxury edition and fell in love. I bought mine last September and I still love it as much as I did day one.

      W-A-Y TOO SMALL!

      The back seat is small if you have school aged or older children, but I'm about 6' and 240lbs and it still feels roomy in the driver's seat.

      Paul P ya I drove Lexus, BMW, Mercedes, and I finally infinitely this was just the best I love it. Also the cost was great and I love it. It stands out to the competition and when I see people with the same car I look and smile and they look and smile lol

      It will only out handle the bmw 3 series only let’s not get ahead of ourselves here! Very it’s very nice and I’m going to buy one the Cadillac ATS that is lol

      @@JM-zb1mq no shit buddy, it's in the same category as a 3 series, obviously it won't out handle a m3 or another class being that it was focused to go against the 3 series and C series Mercedes 🤦‍♂️

    • @JM-zb1mq
      @JM-zb1mq 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      K5Daily !! You’re correct I was trying the remember the other car it was going up against but yes it’s the the C class Benz. This ATS is no more but it’s still a nice ride for a entry level

    • @EliteOnTheBeat
      @EliteOnTheBeat 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@That_Stinger_GT5 Are you sure about that? Or do just go by what the brochures tells you buddy? My STOCK 2018 Cadillac ATS turbo has SMOKED a BMW 3 and a BMW 4 with EASE.
      I've beaten a 2019 mustang GT500 and a 2017 Sting ray. Both of these races i barely one by a car Length but as Dom says winning by a inch or by a mile....winning is winning!
      Now then let me educate you a bit more if you don't mind? Theres also a V series from Cadillac that been around since 2004. The ATS-V and the CTS-V will beat hellcats, M5, M6 and M7's. Its also faster than hell cats and Lamborghini. COUNTLESS videos on TH-cam of STOCK Cadillac ATS'V eating BMW's for breakfast along with the other cars i just mentioned. Also because These Cadillacs were so UNDERRATED they depreciated very quickly so you can pick one up for 1/4 of the price of BMW or Mercedes and actually be not only quicker but faster as well. Even my Cadillac hits 189 MPH. Which is once again is FASTER than the m3, m4, m5, And ties with the M6. But i'll be upgrading to the Blackwing CT5-V very soon. This motor is built by hand from the ground up by ONE person and then autographed/engraved on top of the motor. This motor puts out 668 horsepower STOCK. Its top speed is 200+ MPH. 10 Speed paired with a first ever twin turbo V8 engine.
      ENOUGH SAID

      I experienced this last week. I hit a rock that blew a hole on the sidewall of my front left tire. I pulled over and didn't see any damage to the tire at first, it was night time though and really didn't check right( I was hoping for the best 😅)....Then I get in the car afterwards and then that's when the low tire pressure sensor came on.. but I was still able to drive home without it feeling like I had a flat tire. I couldn't believe what was happening?? Lol I did wake up to a flat tire the next morning tho, and then that's when I saw the big ass hole in my tire. Idk how it drove so smoothly with it having a hole in the tire's sidewall but it did though lol this car is magical is all I can say. I've never been more happier owning a car before in my life!

    You failed to mention the blind spot warnings in the mirrors and should you have road tested would have found that this baby can do some serious cornering. Plus, the V6 is only a tenth of a second faster in the quarter mile. Great fun to drive.

    Good demonstration of the ATS, thanks you. However, just over the little cubby is another cubby under a door that swings upward and contains another power socket and the cellphone charger. It opens with a touch to the silver bar below the defrosting/defogging buttons.

  • @OtisRobinson-np3id
    @OtisRobinson-np3id ปีที่แล้ว +1

    Nobody mentions that at the base of that center stack control panel. If you press on it it opens up automatically like a garage lift gate door and there’s a lit cubby in there. Press again and it closes under its own power too. I have a 2018 coop and I absolutely love it. The only bad thing about the car is they don’t make them anymore. It figures that Cadillac gets a car finally ironed out that checks all the boxes with comfort power toys looks and then they stop making it. I think the problem with this car is that not enough people found out how good it was. I really think it’s gonna be a future collectible, especially in coupe form

    I bought an off lease 2016 Luxury ATS for 30k in 2017 ...( yeah 1 yr. ) had 9,000 mi.
    Drove it for 6 yrs. , traded for an off lease 19 XT4 PL + all pkgs..... ( 22K mi.) Also for 32k ... but got 20k for the ATS with 29,000 mi.
    My ATS was Certified Used from the Caddy Dealer.....had a 5 Yead Wrap Around Warranty....!?!? That's better than new ....!?!??
    Put Pirelli Soterozzo Snows on it and it was unstoppable.... Blizzards , you name it .
    They also improved the ride ...Lol ....
    The Oem Michelin run flats are hard as hell and have little tread even new.

      You can get used 2017 Luxury editions for well under $30k USD. Mine was only $34k CAD. Well worth it for the car alone, not to mention the free scheduled maintenance for three to four years depending on where you are and four year bumper to bumper and six year powertrain warranties. I paid less for mine than I would have for a new, similarly equipped Ford Fusion. The ATS is 10x the car and, even used, had more warranty left than a new Ford would.
