+Sean Adams If I had to pick a favorite guitarist, it would be Meric Long. I'm not saying that he's Jimmy Page or Jimi Hendrix, but his technical chops are still incredible and his style is so unique. Makes me think of guitar in a completely different way; from Beware of the Maniacs through Individ he keeps evolving.
+Danny Redding He is the guy who inspired me to start guitar picking and looking at guitar in a different way. I really dig Ben Howard and Lianne la havas as well.
Drums tuned to perfection for my ear as well, drummer of 25 years and his toms always sound so full and punchy. The newest session from 2 years ago his drums sound particularly great.
Pedro Marques The Dodos are just the two of them, although they sometimes invite other people, Joe Haege, has been my favorite by far. You should listen to 31 Knots.
Meric is one of the most unique guitarists of today. Definitely does not get enough credit for it

The Dodos are still my favorite! Remember listening to them when I started longboarding back in middle school! Still makes me feel!
The awesome moment when KEXP plays a band you love^^
I've had a chance to chat with them on many occasions, great Musicians very friendly and down to earth.
Agreed, I got to meet Meric in Atlanta and he's a super cool guy.
Grievous129 You guys are lucky.
me da gusto ver esta banda en este programa
wow! timing is amazing!
Great sound from a two man duo. I'd put them right up there with Pinback, White stripes, and The Black Keys. Great performance would love to see live.
Kevin Birchfield Pinback and the Dodos are two of the most underrated bands I think I've heard. And two of my favorites.
Kevin Birchfield absolutely love Rob Crow. If you haven't, check out his earlier band Heavy Vegetable. It's a little silly but totally rad
Great guitar tone.
That's something you don't listen everyday.

Growing like a weed... You guys are nothing less than FABULOUS!

Great band, love them
kexp killing it, the dodos kick ass too !!
i envy You guys the Music, in a good way, so much.
KEXP, please get Youth Lagoon on!
Been waiting on this!
Has kexp ever had maps and atlases on? If not you should get them on!
when they will come in Italy? great performance!
Fabio Grando I don't know. Maybe never.
What guitar is he playing on goodbye and endings?
dylan sanchez looks like it could be a National Debonaire but not 100% sure
Gordon kellers comments deserve to preserve! Lol
Anyone know what kind of cymbals those are?
+tsivata stacks
Great guitar as always! Where's the second guitarist? He should have been there

Éder Sanchez Thank you for the explanation Éder. I will have a look on them
foals Effervescence
Good songs with too much bonga bonga
+lejoe48 I feel like too much bonga bonga is just the right amount of bonga bonga when the bonga bonga is in 15/8
just enough bonga bonga, that's the dodos sound
That's one seriously shitty looking guitar!
More like greatest guitar .
they need another guitar or a bassist
nope add another may be will ruin their music
it is best to stay in two people like this
Look up the session from 9-10 years ago, there's another guitarist playing with them that the comment section think looks like Tony Hawk. Lol
