Minimalist is basically an Indian brand founded in 2020; just a few products were launched here initially; everybody just called it a copy of The Ordinary then, as The Ordinary wasn't available in India at that time. It was just a digital launch and marketed heavily on social media. Some of the products are really good specially at this price; Rs 699 for this serum; it can't get any cheaper than this. But just yesterday, Hindustan Unilever acquired Minimalist!
I know a lot of people compare them to the ordinary, but their formulas usually have a little more going on than one ingredient. They may say its a tranexamic acid serum, but will have 2-3 other ingredients to boost the efficacy. I also appreciate that they say what companies and countries they source their ingredients from. Most are from reputable European or American companies.
I absolutely love your reviews. I don't always comment but I wanted you to know how much I appreciate you and also tell you that your makeup today looks absolutely beautiful.
Oh thank you so much! 😉 Will definitely work on a video for that. The ones that instantly comes to mind is the Hyggee Natural Repair Serum, Skinfix Barrier+ Triple Lipid-Hyaluronate Serum, and the Peach & Lily Glass Skin Serum.
Brilliant review Sarah as always. I’ve been looking at this for a while. There easy accessible here in the UK. Also….. you’re looking fantastic and glowing. ❤
I really like their Sepicalm and Marula Oil moisturizers. I like my Stratia Interface and the Copper peptide serum from The Ordinary. I'm almost ready to open my first G&G Peptide serum. Could you do a showdown between these products?? Compare peptides, growth factors & beneficial ingredients? I saw Gabby's photo, such a cutie!! My dog, Katie is also spending extra time sleeping on the couch in this very cold weather. Love, scratches & kisses to the dogs!!🐾🐾🐾🐾. Many blessings!!!💖💖💖
Gabby was definitely mugging for the camera, she goes to the groomer for a trim tomorrow. Great idea about the versus- I'm going to add it to my to do list! Love this!
I get my Tretinoin from all day chemist online, which is a prescription online place in India. And I’m pretty sure it is still manufactured through Johnson and Johnson but just the company in India. I also get a 20% azaleic cream through them that I love, I bet you would love it because I know how much you love your azelaic acid!
The US really needs to start manufacturing medicines in the US again. Not only for questions of product safety, but availability. My doc and I were commenting that we try not to think about the fact we're ingesting meds made in China.
It's crazy how much of our prescriptions are made elsewhere. I think like zero blood pressure meds are made here. It's really going to be an issue at some point.

Oh wow- you are right. Unilever seems to be gobbling up so many brands lately.
Nooo why do all these brands sell to these big companies that ruin them 😭

I love your earrings! Also could you do a video on neutral products to use between products that don’t work well together?

Miami is in the high 40’s/50’s 😫🥶❄️
For Miami that is freezing, although I sounds like shorts and tank top weather to me, lol!
