Hello Nick. Thanks for the tip on this. Could you also drill out the shift hub and shift lever and use a slightly larger diameter roll pin? I haven't tried this repair on my car, but it was just a thought. George B.
Hey George, yes you could. Ive done that before too a long time ago. I stopped doing it though probably because once the hole in the shift hub gets big enough, it compromises the whole area. Something like that. Also, they were available new so I just bought those. Thanks, Nick
