Fantastic coverage of the new food hall. I love the detail you put into the overall production as everything looks high quality. Keep up the good work!
Thanks for watching Mandy! We really appreciate it. I’ll post those prices in the description and I’ll make sure we post them consistently going forward. Cheers!
That whole place looks great! I do have to say though, as a former Montrealer who grew up eating smoked meat on a regular basis, the smoked meat sandwich you tried really looked pathetic. The taste might have been there, but the quantity was sure off. A place I would highly suggest trying is Centre Street Deli. This deli was opened by the daughter of the owners of Snowden Deli in Montreal. Yum! Get the Old Fashioned, medium fat, and you won’t be disappointed. I promise.
Hi Karen, Oh thank you for the delicious suggestion ❤ Centre Street Deli It is. It would be awesome to do a Deli tour video someday! You've inspired me ❤
this place looks so beautiful! can't wait to go! and ya the restaurants here look top notch! Wellington is a mix of decent and great restaurants and Queen's Cross is so overrated.
it really was a gorgeous spot! I know they were aiming to create an elevated European style food hall, and I have to say, they definitely delivered. I really appreciated the Toronto history on display too. Hope you enjoy it!
This looks food hall looks awesome, I have a thing for restoring older buildings and this also gives me European food hall videos like the ones I experienced in Copenhagen, Denmark. I’m with you guys on Harry’s - go with the chorizo burgers. I want to try Dave’s Genuine Deli but now I’m conflicted over whether to go to the original location on the one here at the Waterworks, ha ha! Great video
Thank you sir! I hope you get to check it out. I'd love to see your take on it, and how it really compares to your time in Europe. I did notice that the prices are slightly higher at Dave's Waterworks location, but I guess that's to be expected with the higher rent, etc.
Popola Roman style focaccia pizza in Rome is about 1 Euro/ slice. Here it's $8.00 LOL ! And ingredients are not caputo flour, san marzano, fiore di latte. Everything here is American carnival truck food
These people like everything 😂 I live right next to this food hall and so far everything I’ve ate is trash, including some items they thought were up to par
I was excited to try Dave's Deli but after seeing the price for the portion size it looks like an absolute ripoff. At least the $30 Katz's sandwiches are stuffed.
Locals will not eat at ridiculously over-priced 'food halls' like these places that drizzle everything in aoli and charge $20 for basic sandwiches and tacos with pretentiously worded ingredients. Only tourists and people trying ti impress on dates would justify the prices. I guarantee you this entire 'food hall' (place for fast-food on a high horse) will first stagnate, become a financial burden for everyone involved, then turn into unaffordable condos. If only someone would market to the 99%.

Wow, thank you so much!
Best footage I've watched thus far. Great job!
I was there the other day, very nice place. Also the upper level is a really cool bar/lounge that does awesome cocktails.
Food looks amazing will have to visit!
loving your videos. keep em coming!
We appreciate it! Thanks for watching 😊
Great recommendations!. Keep it up guys.
Will do! Thanks you so much!

Relatively new subscriber, I really appreciate your thorough reviews of all these new spots in the Toronto.
cheers, thanks so much for watching!
We love watching you ❤.
Interesting food choices. ❤
If you think about it. ❤
Yummm...the ice cream place looked killer.
Marsha this place was so good! There were so many flavours. I still want to try the apple pie one❤
The Waterworks is like what you find in London England.
Nice video. I subscribed.
Thank you! Appreciate the support ❤
Genuine deli bbq. That portion in the video is probably the menu’s half size option.
The waterworks looks fantastic, I must admit that Dave’s Genuine Deli &BBQ caught my eye!
I’m gonna be in Toronto next Friday. So many food halls to choose from!
Enjoy your time buddy. Let me know if you end up eating anywhere great! Have a good trip

Cool that you guys have been so many places to compare
Would have liked knowing more about the pricing and parking as an fyi
@@stevebrien1041 hey Steve, thanks so much for the insight. We'll keep that in mind❤

Would appreciate it if you'd include the prices for what you got as well 👍

$13.50 for a döner? Toronto has gotten so ridiculously expensive.
It's slightly less in Vaughn.
It is wild how much everything is costing these days. It was amazing if thats any consolation.
If only you'd been a little specific on where this is (yes, I know I can easily search it).
apologies, it's on Adelaide/Richmond and Brant, near Bathurst 😊 enjoy it if you go
$8 for a slice of pizza. This place will go under.
Yup! All these vendors are selling fast food but they don’t want to charge fast food prices.
so food courts are called food halls now...???????
Yeah so they can justify the higher prices. It kind of reminds me of “premium domestic” beer prices.
The info is good, no need for that annoying repetitive background muzak.
Does this channel have an email address to make contact?

Food court. Food hall? What’s the difference.

Very well said.
So true. Checked this place out about a month ago. Yawn…nothing special or interesting here.
Their menu selections cost them 100$ for tacos and burgers😂
