Hi Janie, Great to hear from you. Katie works very hard, she is real honest, and she loves to help people. Good to see you are in great hands. Best, Bill
Hi Tim, that is a very good question. The fact is that we bought this house 3 years ago, brand new, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathes, great place for that amount exactly. We just talked to a realtor and she said we could sell for $165,000 to $185,000. Teresa´s mom is selling a house that she rents in Chapala for about $60,000 US, but it a pit. I think that if you hook up with a good realtor and have them keep there eyes open, they could help you find something, but it may take a while. I talked to a guy last week that bought a home on the hill in downtown Chapala for $95,000. Here is Katie Ibarra´s contact information. Her dad died last week so you might want to wait a couple of weeks to contact her. Katie Ibarra, Realtor Email: katie@chapalarealtors.com Send an email request to receive your copy of the... Hi Bill, can you let me know what town you live in and where you shop for food. I don't want to spend too much at the market in Ajijic. I'm coming there on November 22 and I want to become a resident of the area but not necessarily in Ajijic. Man, that place is costly!!!
Hi Mike, We shop for most food at the Market in Chapala. It is right down town. We buy most of our food there. You need to get there before noon, most of the markets there close at 3pm I hope that helps, Best, Bill
Thank you, Bill & Katie.
Hi Don,
Thank you and have a super weekend.
Best,
Bill
Hi Bill it was great video on the house. Katie is the best realtor ever.

Hi Bill
I was wondering what $120,000 would buy in the Chapala area ?
